Aaron was super helpful, down to earth, and personable. He made our mattress buying experience super easy and helped us pick a mattress that was good for side sleepers and our budget. He also gave us a good deal, which was super appreciated. 10/10 experience, would recommend to a friend.

So, when the delivery center calls to find out about a " return " for a set of sheets that you never received in the first place, that makes you question the businesses leadership. There were delivery drivers who drove from a warehouse in Trenton NJ to perform a pick up of an item that wasn't ever shipped. I felt bad for the lady at the warehouse because she had to call these gentleman to tell them to come back. But this also leads to the question that even she had!!! Where is the order in the first place. I feel like there is a total loss in logistics somewhere in your organization that needs to be corrected. As for those delivery drivers, I'm sorry you get tossed around with improper leadership.

Needed to buy our first mattress and decided to use Mattress Firm in Santa Cruz. The two salesmen that helped us were Nick and Aaron. Nick helped us with our initial scope and Aaron finalized our details when we returned! Both were friendly, helpful, not pushy, and seemed genuinely invested in us finding the perfect fit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for their first mattress purchase!

Dax Arsanis was top notch! My elder parents were looking for a bed and he had the patience and dedication to get them the price they could afford. Curtious, knowledgeable! My dad left felling pretty happy and mom felt thier money was well spent.

While I'm happy with the product NOW, a damaged product was delivered, (how? why?) on a Saturday since I work during the week. I then spent literally the rest of the afternoon PLEADING for delivery the next day since I had no bed to sleep in and work during the week. Finally, after calling the sales team AND distribution center myself numerous times, I secured a next day delivery with an undamaged product on a Sunday. This would not have happened if I did not intervene. My assessment is that the sales and fulfillment team have no idea what to do when glitches happen beyond what's best for the company. Somebody should have been on the phone STAT to say, "Sorry for the mistake and we're going to fix this NOW." AI took over with dopey texts and requests for "10" survey reviews. Fix these glitches, Mattress Firm, you and your fulfillment teams can do better, and a $9300.00 investment for a bed–deserves better.
