Great customer service and easy to deal with! Thanks to the person who helped me fix my car stereo mount that needed a new bracket. The turn around time was very fast and the price was fair and reasonable. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I needed. I definitely recommend this place if you need help with your car stereo. Thanks Lotts! I will be back.....

10/10. My tech was super nice, knowledgeable, etc. I had a bit of an emergency with my Sprinter, and they fixed it same day despite being slammed. They also charged me less than they originally quoted. Will be going to them for all my future van electrical!

Went in for a bid and scheduling for upholstery. I was told I would get a call by 5pm. That was 3 days ago. Why do business if you don't want to do business? Why bother?

Great selection of products matched with exceptional customer service, Lotts is amazing! I brought my first car here 10 years ago, and was the first place I drove my new car to last week. Dave is hands down the coolest and most knowledgeable guy I've had the pleasure of working with. He worked with my budget, gave me multiple options, and got my car in and out the very next day. Now every time I get in my car I feel like I'm sitting VIP at a music festival. Thank you Dave and the Lotts team, I'll be a lifetime customer!

We received a estimate for $700 to replace our headliner from Lotts which they denied and did not honor. There was a lot of we have record if that. Do you have copy? I don't understand? We're confused. That doesn't right. Yada yada. Instead they charged us over $1000. They didn't even bother to clean the foam dust out of the car. Do NOT trust this company. Call around first. It may be worth driving to San Jose for better quality, price and service. If you do decide - GET the estimate on writing directly from the owner so there are NO excuses and confusion. Never again.

Second time coming here - another fantastic experience!! Very friendly and informative front desk workers! They installed a subwoofer and back speakers for me at noon and got it done by 5 pm . Highly recomendable- they also added a subwoofer control under the steering wheel for easy access to turn up and down very cool ! These people and very professional and thorough , I was also accommodated with a good walk through of how to control the subwoofer through my touch screen. One last thing was they also where happy to work around the stuff in my trunk to install the subwoofer , which I was grateful for because I had not taken it out prior to arriving.

Buyer beware! We had been to Lotts before quite a few years ago when they installed a new stereo in our Porsche. So we went back when that stereo would no longer connect to my phone with Bluetooth. We agreed to install a new stereo for around $400, and when it was being installed, we were told on the phone it would be $1200 because the speakers no longer produced good sound (we knew the back speakers did not work) and they had to install completely new speakers. When we arrived to pick up the car, the final bill was $1650. Terrible communication! Be sure if they tell you a different price on the phone that you ask for the FINAL price estimate, when we complained they said they told us it was $1200 additional over the $400. Not what we heard. We would have checked around for better prices, probably over the hill, if we knew it would be so much! We recently got a much better price for our replacement convertible top on the Porsche than they had quoted us. Just beware.

After my alarm was installed it would chirp every 15 seconds. I took it in to address the problem and now other parts of the system don't work.

These guys are by far the best in the county or maybe the planet.. I have a 2014 f150 and these are notorious for blowing out radios. I stopped by,,, they had a way to change out the head units and even the face plate. For less than half what the ford dealer wanted they took care of it fixed a it up and it looks like factory,... Highly recommend before you go anywhere else talk to these guys. Great prices and awesome service....
