Could not give higher remarks for the service I received through this body shop.
Was in a very minor accident. My insurance company asked me to pick a shop between here and two others. I chose this shop on a whim based on Google reviews.
Right from the phone call to schedule my appointment, to working with their employee Brian, I was treated professionally and with respect.
My appointment took MAYBE a total of 30 minutes. Brian took pictures of my vehicle per insurance protocol and then went inside to finish estimate. Afterwards, Brian came outside with a paint solvent and (at no charge) removed the paint from the other vehicle from my bumper, as well as another spot that was separate that I could not remove with a clay bar. Brian answered questions regarding some other body damage done to my vehicle from a separate incident.
Brian was completely honest with me regardless of whether I decided to have the work done or not, and explained the whole process thoroughly.
In the office, the staff seemed like one big family. It was great to see. Some businesses just get it right. I even witnessed another customer’s appreciation as he dropped off pastries for the staff as a token of his gratitude for how he was treated and the services he was rendered. Could not recommend Krafts Body Shop more.

Wow, I don't know what else to say.
My drivers side mirror was damaged and Kraft was recommended to me by my girlfriend. I called, they said they were very busy, only did estimates by appointment and their next availability wouldn’t be for a week. I was a little annoyed (but I now understand why they are so busy).
I tried looking for a walk in estimate at other auto body shops but they were rude and also claimed to be busy. At least Kraft was courteous and respectful on the phone.
I finally got my estimate at Kraft and it was more than I was hoping. $1350 for the drivers side mirror, no other damage, but I was told this is because the mirror has cameras that will need calibration. Ruben who did the estimate took a close look at the mirror to identify any pieces of the housing that could be reused to try to save me money. I decided to pay out of pocket to avoid getting a mark on my hisory and I was cringing at the cost but appreciated all Ruben did to try to keep the cost down.
He ordered the mirror and it took about a week to arrive. We scheduled the repair for Friday and I was told it should only take half a day if I bring it in early. I showed up at 8:30 am just after they opened to drop off my car and they offered me a ride home. I opted to walk but it was very nice for them to offer. I had plans that evening and I was worried I’d not be able to keep them. They said half a day but we all know how that goes and I was worried it would take longer.
I got home and did some chores and was just about to sit down to relax when Kraft called around 11 (2.5 hours after dropping it off!). Ruben said the car was ready and he was able to save me some money. The total was $918. Obviously I was very pleased to hear this and I asked them to pick me up. A Kraft Tacoma was out front in 5 minutes and the driver was very nice and conversational. Solid small talk back to the shop and when we pulled in he said “by the way, I detailed your car, it was a little dirty.” He was not wrong about that, my car was in dire need of a wash and I was planning on going to a car wash after the repair but now it was not necessary. He did a great job cleaning my car and even vacuumed the interior and conditioned the tire walls.
I have never had a better auto body shop experience. I hope I don’t need Kraft too often but if I ever have need of auto body work again I wont hesitate to bring it back to Kraft.

My hood was damaged in a recent storm. Kraft got me in a week after my estimate and it only took 3 days to fix my car and get it back to me. I appreciate the fast service and the friendly staff.

Kraft’s Body Shop did a fantastic job on repainting my HRV! I received excellent customer service. Ruben kept me updated and was a pleasure to work with. I received my HRV clean and sparkling inside and out. I would highly recommend Kraft’s Body Shop. I’m very happy with the paint job.

I give a 4/5. Communication between Brian and I was amazing. He's great, made sure he kept me in the loop with my car the whole time when it came to what was going to be fixed/when it'll be done/ and helping me deal with frustrating insurance stuff. Glad he was there to help me this whole way. I did have some complications though when it came to my car: when I picked it up: the tires were replaced on the wrong side and had a gash on them still ? But they took it back to fix it and that took 15 min. Then I find more scratches & chipped paint on the inside of my door that wasn't there after the accident or caused by me. So I had to take my car back and point it all out: thankfully they fixed it without hesitation. Last comment, one of the ladies in the front desk that sits in the back was rude. She was not patient when it came to me asking her questions and was very snippy with me. For the value, thankfully other insurance companies covered almost all of it but somehow I had to pay around $25-$30 out of pocket for tire replacement fees?

This shop is awesome. I was traveling from out of town and realized my skid plate was dragging. Kraft inspected and removed the damaged skid plate for me at no cost, even when i offered to pay something. Great people here!

They are the very best, they have done many repairs over the years for us, previously my Jaguar that was hit by a deer , rear ended on hiway 17, backed into by a contractor at a gas station and one other incident...Always did an excellent job with excellent service. Most recently they repaired damage to our Tesla from a parking lot careless driver , again I am so impressed with their service, professionalism , and the Tesla came back immaculate!!!

5 Stars is not enough!!!I only write reviews under exceptional circumstances, and only when I consider relating my experiences to be of value to others. My experience with Kraft's Body Shop today absolutely qualifies. If you want to read on, here's the story:The edge of the cowl of my Honda slowly became degraded (perhaps due to the windshield replacement from a fallen branch years ago) and unfastened over time to the point where the windshield wiper arm could catch it and it would flap every cycle. So, a marginal problem, but one best not to ignore (especially given the ferocity of the last winter). My wife and I did our research and we were told the cowl had to be replaced and the only way to mitigate some of the cost was to purchase an after market, rather than OEM part. Regardless, a fair amount of time and money involved. At this point we investigated body shops and found Kraft's very friendly and easy to schedule an estimate with. At Kraft's, I checked in and Brian promptly met me and inspected my car for the estimate. Incredibly, Brian said "I might be able to fix this now." He made a couple of trips back and forth to the shop in the back and eventually found a fastener than did the job. Delighted, I told Brian this is fantastic, I really have to pay you something. Brian refused, and simply said it sure looks solid, but any trouble, just come back for an estimate. I doubt we'll have trouble from that cowl again.That level of care and professionalism warrants recognition and the strongest possible recommendation. If anyone I know is ever in need of auto body work, Kraft's is the first place I'd recommend.

Repair of support bracket for the radiator of Mazda CX3. The estimate was scheduled two days after I called. Dave was very personable and professional; discovered additional undercarriage damage we were unaware of. He worked with my time schedule to get the car in for repair. The estimate was clear and complete -- the final invoice came in slightly lower than the estimate.Very good customer service -- very helpful providing transportation home after dropping the car off and picking me up when the repair was complete.Highly recommend Kraft's.
