Trustworthy realtors not an oxymoron!We had been through a few others realtors including some considered "top sellers" and we had to do all the leg work, and didn't trust them. Once we hired Brandi and Jason it was obvious they weren't just going after the sale. We literally felt like their only clients They did talk us out of a few homes--we are so glad they did! Even once in contract on one home, we learned upsetting news, and Brandi didn't blink and assured me this was not our house. When we were out of town, Jason video toured homes for us and we never felt like we would miss a beat. Jason's knowledge of building was invaluable like we had an inspector built in on our side. We are sure we would not be living in our dream home, beyond our wildest dreams, had it not been for them. Our home was more complicated, and not a home we imagined would be possible, and they managed various other professionals for us that we needed to make the purchase happen. Far above and beyond! Jason and Brandi were the perfect team for us! As first time home buyers and new to Santa Cruz and the Live Oak area we needed a team with local knowledge and experience. We ended up getting so much more than that...Jason and Brandi took the time to truly get to know us and find out what was important. They showed us all of Santa Cruz (and surrounding areas) so that we could better understand the area, and better understand where we really wanted to be. Throughout the process they were consistent, professional, and always brought the personal touch. We always felt confident with their guidance.Ultimately we ended up in our dream house in the exact area we wanted to be in! I feel confident that without Jason's diligence, attention to detail, contracting background and Brandi's local knowledge, bright personality, and business savvy this would not have been the case.Now even 8 months later we will still get the occasional call or check in from them.
