They don't seem to be very helpful in getting housing to the people who need it. They are messy and people fall too easily through the cracks.

This place doesn't help people as much as they try to claim they do. I give the 1 star for HPHP (Homeless Persons Health Project). If I could rate & review just HPHP, they would get 5 stars.
