Love coming here! I’m always able to find nice clothing in great used condition for reasonable prices. They have a small shoe selection and you can’t use the fitting rooms but everything else is great! The staff are nice and welcoming and there’s always something new on their racks.

I was highly disappointed with this location! I am not sure if they are having issues with getting donations? This was by far one of the least stocked Goodwill locations... that I have been to. It was a bit surprising how understocked it was. Even there kitchen section was seriously lacking. Which usually is one of their best sections. I guess I am spoiled with the Goodwill locations in the Bay Area... and surrounding areas. The Sacramento Goodwill locations are not bad either. Hopefully they get more donations/inventory.

Was required to lock up my backpack in the front of the store (no big deal). Picked out 6 dresses that I really liked, and asked to try them on. I was then informed that they don’t allow people to use the changing room because of theft, and they also don’t allow returns. I’m not gonna shop for clothes I can’t even return if I don’t know they are going to fit beforehand. Especially considering that I’m trans, and have issues finding clothes that fit me. Absolutely infuriating, especially considering that all of their merchandise is acquired through donations. I will never shop at this location again.

I’ve visited this store once. I had a backpack with my camera. Employees didn’t allow me to go inside because of backpack. They asked me to put my expensive devices to their locker. I didn’t agree because I have not to do that if I don’t want. I was treated rudely by an employees and I left. Store rules isn’t law and I can keep my stuff with me anywhere.

Last couple of times I came to this Goodwill the dressing rooms were all closed. I had to put back a lot of pants that I really really wanted to try on. Love this Goodwill that hate that there is no dressing rooms anymore. I heard a lot of other women complaining about no dressing rooms and putting pants back because they couldn't try them on also

This is the luxury goodwill. The apple store of thrift shops, the fancy high priced bougie thift experience. The aisles are wide, the clothes are in good condition and well sorted, and there are many staff. Excellent experience always.
