I’m so impressed with how nice and helpful everyone is every single time I’ve been in the Santa Cruz store. I’ve shopped there many times. Free people is definitely one of my favorite stores in Santa Cruz. I love their clothing. But, what really makes this store so great is the employees.

Free People has always been my go to store. So glad they opened in Santa Cruz! Marissa helped me pick out some great pieces for my post Covid wardrobe. She’s a doll and was so gracious putting up with me! Thanks FP!! wearing my leggings, tshirt and comfy jacket ☺️
