“Karla was responsive and easy to communicate with from the beginning to the day of the wedding. I created a Pinterest board which she took many of the ideas to incorporate and added as a reference in the contract. I didn't have any specific flowers, so many were based on the color scheme.

She was also flexible as we were approaching the day of the wedding, as we realized we may not need certain flowers placed in parts of the venue so we asked her to change the purpose to another area.

We added flowers to our photo booth, and she help set up the curtain to be tied with the flowers. This helped us immensely as we were unsure how to set this up before she arrived with the flowers.

There is one photo for the bouquet toss. I wanted multiple mini bouquets so more people can take one home. So it looks like one big bouquet while you are holding, but as you toss them, it falls apart.”

It was very easy to work with Julie. I shared my color palette(copper, beige, ivory and green) & wedding vibe when I first hired her. A few months later, we did the final check-in - she explained which colors would be used and we discussed the flower delivery time. On the wedding day, I arrived at the venue(Sesnon House) and I was stunned by how beautiful the flowers were. My bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, the ground installation and table arrangements were all so beautiful and it made me emotional. It was a totally stress-free experience.

We took table arrangements after the wedding and repurposed them for the next day’s brunch at Shadowbrook. They were still beautiful and fresh the next day. My aunts even took flower vases back home to use as decor in their house, haha.
