“Let me start off by saying Marilyn is a GEM. Last Friday I went to pick up my mom's wedding bouquet from another local flower shop. What I received was absolutely horrible. My husband and I looked up flower shops in town and went to Ferrari based off the reviews. Thank god we did. I explained to Marilyn what the situation was and told her I could not give my mom the bouquet I picked up for her wedding day which was the following day. I showed her the inspiration picture I had provided the other florist and she worked with what I was given and brought it to life. She added more roses, changed out the greenery and she handed me back a much more presentable and beautiful bouquet! My husband and I were so pleased with Marilyn and her kindness.
