Don’t preferred this to no one. Just called them worst experience ever they don’t know how to talk over the phone. Had few questions which they didn’t answer me at all and hand up the call right away. Really disappointed I wasn’t expecting this response from you guys. -10/10

After contingencies were removed we had 5-6 days to complete and close escrow. We (the sellers) were 3 people with 2 of us living out of town. All communication including the final docs for signature were sent to us via our local notary. Everything was done on time and we closed on time. I highly recommend.
