Guess how much 13 color printed picture costed? 46 dollars! A lady told me the code for printing is not working, the only way is buy a USB and try to use their computer to print. The USB is not useful for printing so they wasted me $17 and the computer is $0.47 per minute. I prepaid $10.00 and the system said it was not enough for print, so I just sat there and till the money was wasted and print nothing ?

Helped me out in a jam & for a reasonable price. Highly recommend! Alexis was super attentive, pleasant to work with, & helped me with a professional print job-turnaround time about 30 mins (not busy on a Saturday morning). Great experience.

Paid $148.91 for the fast international delivery that ended up traveling for 10 days (I was promised delivery by 6 days), rendering this service useless and me missing out on a very important deadline. Please check the scheduled delivery date on your receipt and dispute it if it doesn’t match what you’re verbally promised. And ideally take your business somewhere where they provide a guarantee on what they’re selling.

I went there to ship some items that were being returned for Repair, the lady at the counter asked for my identification, I said that I didn't have any because I had forgotten my wallet. She said that I would not be unable to ship those items from there without an ID. Afterwords, I went online and looked and it seems that FedEx does not require an ID, they are only required to ask so they can verify that name of that shipper is spelled correctly. There's an hour gone out of my life.

I used have used three of FedEx's services: Happy Returns, printing a 70 page spiral bound book, and business cards. The happy returns and the business cards took less than minutes each. The spiral bound book took longer because it required transferring data. Then there was a mixup with the document only being half printed. When I showed them the mistake they fixed the mistake while I waited and then had the project done after 15 minutes. Very kind and efficient staff too!

Fedex driver to my residence in mid-town Santa Cruz, delivers EVERY package to the neighbor, one floor below, exposing my packages to theft. My preferences are set for delivery to my front door which NEVER happens. I have complained many times and this driver or series of drivers, does the same. They are too incompetent or too lazy to come up to my front door for a secure delivery. My package today only weighs 1.6 pounds!!! If your only job is to deliver to a person's door and you cannot even do that, why do you still have your high paying job????????

I go to this fed ex for printing and both people that have helped me were so great, the print special (I think it was Alyssa) and Ashly ?️. They were quick with the order and were great to talk to ! Thank you both ??????

Parking is always a problem here. This former Kinko's is quite large, and has all the usual printing and office services, in addition to being a FedEx endpoint.

It’s 9 days before Christmas and the staff were friendly, fast, and helpful. This was one of the most expensive shipments I have sent and staff were really helpful at finding me the most affordable (cheapest) option. Thank you! While I was there a line started to form and they were able to help people and get them out of waiting so quickly. I was impressed at how helpful they were with their colleagues. I just wish I could get a FedEx purple Santa Hat!

Zero service!For good delivery service, you have to have a parking spot. If there's free parking, you can't provide delivery services.Choose a reliable delivery service like UPS, where you can park.

I wish zero stars was a rating, I'm so infuriated. I came in with a very important, time sensitive package to be sent out priority overnight, it was FRIDAY. I asked the person working, "this will get there tomorrow right? It's really important" she said YES. Next day I track my shipment and it says will be delivered Monday. I panic because my blood sample taken will be totally destroyed by then... wasted time and hundreds of dollars..I call them and they tell me it's my fault I didn't specify SATURDAY DELIVERY. No... but did I specify it NEEDED to get there tomorrow, and I said this on Friday, meaning it needed to get there on SATURDAY. They refused to reroute the package for same day while in transit and offered zero solutions. Basically just blamed me... I WILL be filing a claim and after this I will never use fedex again... RIDICULOUS FedEx!!!
