Could not rave about this agency more!!! Michael was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best Insurance plan for me! They are quick and efficient. He was kind and patient with explaining everything. I will definitely be coming back and I plan to slowly transfer everything over to this agency! You will not be disappointed. I can tell they care about their clients on a personal level which is So hard to find these days! They are truly an amazing team.

update 7/9/2024 Just talked with Aaron Koeneman about being insured when i rent a car. He went above and beyond, explaining all of my options and costs. He even explained how i could save money on my old classic mercedes 240d by just parking it in the garage. He was all about taking the best care of me. I have to give mathew obrien the credit also, because he has always had really nice knowledgable representatives. But Aaron is exceptional.
Mathew and his team are awesome. Very proactive and take the time to get to know you and help you. I have been with Mathew Obrien for 25 years now. Somehow he has always consistantly maintained the most respectful and helpful team. He has had very long term employees, so somthing must be right. I have had 2 claims, and they just handle it. And they pay. No hassles. I wont even consider switching insurers, because i know they are not all like this.

Dionna Williams has been very helpful. My house insurance got cancelled due to living in a fire prone area. She has been helping to find insurance for my home owner needs as well as my auto insurance needs. She has been very attentive and forthright. I truly feel she cares about me as a person and not just as a business transaction. I will continue to use her for all my insurance needs in the future.

I live in Boulder Creek and same as many others I’ve had to find new home/fire insurance. It’s been quite a hassle and very stressful. With that said, it would have been farm more stressful without the help of Matt O’Brien’s office and wonderful team. Mona was beyond helpful and absolutely wonderful to work with. She understood our frustration and helped us any way she could and in the end we made it through. Thank you!

I know everyone likes to throw around the term “above and beyond” but we have never seen customer service like our experience with Aaron. We met with Aaron to update our policies and make some changes to better fit the needs of our family. Shortly after that one of our daughters, away at college for the first time, was in a sticky situation with a car breakdown. He took our call after hours, helped her navigate the situation, and made sure that she was safe. We are so grateful for Aaron and the whole O’Brien team!
