It was the only place that had a size 49 that I was looking for. It was scheduled to ship, and Bobby was such a great man of going into detail of how it'll be packed and so on. I ended up driving there from Sacramento, and it's worth the drive because I got to meet some awesomeness team. I did spend a lot of money (wallet got more aero), but there were plenty of people coming in for small items (Less expensive), and they got the same treatment, which shows their character, they care about their customers. It's definitely a place I'll shop again. My only complaint is that I bought a new bike and I wish I had received a free water bottle with their logo to represent. Thanks, Bobby.

Jeremy was awesome! He spent over an hour educating me about the Specialized Levo and helping me choose between the S2 & S3, adjusting each one incrementally, testing them side by side, giving me pros of each and giving me riding tips. I feel so confident in my choice and appreative of his patience and bright cheerful personality. This is real customer service and makes me want to do all my bike business there. A very friendly and happy group of employees makes all the difference.

SCCS has the best sales experience in town. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff set me up with exactly what I needed. The shop is beautiful and centrally located for easy tuneups and gear purchases. Parking is ample. Service techs are top notch.

These guys are great- I drove down from Norcal and my carbon turbo levo ebike fell off my rack. Lost half my handlebar and controls (my brake lever, dropper and electric control all toast) Had me back on the trail in 3 days all parts to spec. Now I know why hard core riders I know in Santa Cruz come here. Reasonable knowledgeable and great attitude. Bravo!

SCCS has friendly and competent service and sales personnel. I've been cycling in the bay area since the mid-1980s and those attributes are not so easy to find in a bicycle shop.
