As soon as they got the battery in, which was a day or so later, they texted and I set up a time to drop off my phone. It was done in an hour and fifteen minutes. I’m so happy we have a good tech repair option in downtown Santa Cruz. And the fact that the staff is so considerate and knowledgeable is just excellent. Highly recommend.”
