As a landlord, I just began the practice of metering water to my first set of new units. Having no knowledge of the setup process, I followed the easy to understand guidelines offered on the video and written links that EKM Metering offers with the sale of there products and installed their equipment (see pic). After setup, I accessed the widget Encompass to read and bill the usage and when I became frustrated, Josh from EKM was awesome and walked me through the software. EKM and Josh was easy to contact and quickly to respond which sets EKM apart from others. Thanks guys!

I found EKM as an alternative to EamonDemon electric submeters. As an electrical contractor I have clients who subdivide commercial units and need to accurately monitor usage. Three years ago I couldn't get products due to supply line delays, then I found EKM online. Could not be happier, find them superior for the following reasons:1. Fast delivery, product usually arrives in two days with standard shipping ( I am located in Southern California)2. Price, 20 % lower for my typical installs3. Flexibility of design due to options ( enclosures, split core and solid core ct's etc.)4. Comprehensive free software that allows my clients to readdata remotely in many configurations and create billing.5. Excellent online support, they have guided me through acouple of issues.6. Quality of product and ease of installation

Ditto on all the good reviews about EKM. Couldn't have had a better experience doing business with them. Their products are top-notch quality and the software that supports their metering systems are intuitive and user-friendly. I purchased water and electric meters to meter two rental units. The whole system is working great for us and billing our tenants using their Encompass software is painless and accurate. The installation for our system was straightforward and despite a little mistake I made with connecting some wires, they were beyond helpful with trouble shooting. Their customer service in impeccable! Check out their support content on their website. You'll find demonstration videos, installation instructions and more helpful stuff. I especially like the 3D models that really helped visualize how everything is connected. If only other companies could have integrity as EKM does, the world would be a better place, seriously...

I absolutely love what this company offers and the support they provide. I found EKM about 1.5 years ago and installed their equipment. I own a small 7 unit apartment building that was built in 1940. It was designed such that there really was no way to install a full electric company supported meter for each individual apartment. The equipment and setup have worked very well and now that my tenants are paying their own electrical usage I have been relieved of a significant monthly expense! They have been very responsive when I have had questions and helped with some of the more technical questions and installation troubleshooting.

I found this company on Google and they are amazing. I had several items in my cart for purchase. I asked Josh a simple question and he actually dug into my order/plans and saved me quite a bit of money. He actually answered me on Sunday the 3rd of July! So, thank you Josh... EKM customer support is unparalleled. I had a relatively small project to do, and Josh was extremely patient in explaining what i needed. There was a lot of back and forth, and i got detailed info every step of the way. Importantly, i contacted one other company regarding my project, and they told me "you don't need us, you need EKM". I highly recommend EKM for your submetering needs

My hat is off to the Customer Service personnel at EKM Metering, Inc. When my well was struck by lightning, the kWh meter and enclosure were completely destroyed. EKM customer service was right on it and sent a new meter immediately. In addition, they continued to follow up to make certain I had everything I needed and that all my questions were answered. Purchased water meters for a complex told it was simple to do had plumber come in and install. Had person come in and connect to internet. No instructions on how to operate there product so called company but they can't help either but they sell the product.

We have been very pleased with the EKM product. It is accurate, easy to install, of good quality, cost effective and provides excellent web accessibility. We have been especially pleased with the responsiveness and expertise of customer support, my experience was specifically with Josh and Seth. Keep up the great work. I have recommended your devices to others who have asked me and in fact a good friend of mine, one of my referrals, has actually purchased a device to sub meter his rental unit very recently. He as well is very pleased with EKM's high quality meters and its fantastic and quick customer support.
