I have always enjoyed this Dollar Tree the most. Lately, it is even better. I went in looking for a specific thing. One of the cashiers, Momen, helped me find tons of things that fit what I wanted.

Harassed by an employee because of some policy that doesn't allow items to be removed from a transaction if I decide I don't want it. If you can't even trust the people you hire not to steal dollar items, why are you hiring them in the first place? This location never has the items I want in stock, anyways. Cant finish my project because pink velvet yarn is out of stock everywhere & they no longer sell it on the website, even though they claim it should still be available everywhere. If you're going to raise the prices on everybody, the least you could do is get your shit in order. I don't even want to shop here anymore because I don't feel respected as a customer and they don't even respect their own employees with human dignity. Y'all deserve to actually get robbed im not even joking

something for everybody - at $1.25 you won't break your wallet. Cold Cokes & energy drinks... Big Grabs of various name brand & mostly ofc brand snacks... candy galore if it's movie night...

An employee at the East Cliff location in Santa Cruz, who called hereself an assistant manager, was extremely rude to everyone on line! We were on line and she yelled, "Hey PEOPLE form a second line!" "Come on PEOPLE!" It was this on Saurday December 15, 2023 at approximately 2 or 3 PM. I didn't get her name but she was in her 20's or 30's with long black straight hair. I also saw her leave her register that had a long line to yell at an elderly woman who was holding a tiny little dog in her arm and leaning on her cart. Telling her to put her dog on the floor. The woman was already checking out and asked the employee to giver her a moment cause she was trying to get her money out of her wallet. The employee started to pull the cart away from the woman, yelling at her to put her dog on the floor. The woman said she won't cause the floor is o filthy. The employee pulled the cart again even though the woman's purse was still in there. Looks like she hurt the woman's arm!!!! This so called "Assistant Manager" should be fired! She's like a drill sargent without a soul!!! If I see her there I'll leave and go to another store. You never know when she'll attack you and humiliate you!!!

Santa Cruz/East Cliff has had some challenges in past, but I’ve noticed the current staff has really been trying their best to keep the store tidy and stocked. There are a lot of crafty finds and stocking stuffers this time of year ( it is constantly turning over its stock so grab it when you see it)! The managers I’ve asked for assistance have alway gone above and beyond to be helpful. Only giving 4 stars instead of five because lines can be very long, even when staff do seem available to jump in. Overall, retail is not an easy job these days so bring your neighborly courtesy and patience and you’re sure to be satisfied with the Dollar Tree deals.

This store is making a clear effort to better itself! I watched the manager walk an elderly customer to the items she was looking for, was greeted pleasantly upon entering, and had a nice conversation with the checker, who was quite sweet. The vibe in the store was very pleasant- the best Dollar Tree experience I have had. ?

This dollar tree on east cliff drive([store 3689) is doing well because of the new manager who takes pride in cleanliness and keeping the store well stocked. I enjoy shopping there and want to say thank you
