At least a couple of times I've had watches repaired and/or resized here, and they've always provided good service, quite fast, a good combination of friendliness, politeness, and professionalism, and for a decent price.I have a piece of jewelry that needs to be repaired, and I'll check with DW first; I'm curious to see, and hopeful about, how the experience with the jewelry side of things goes.

I had a great experience with the repair department when they adjusted a watch bracelet for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service was even faster than I had expected. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

I have been a customer here for over 20 years and the woman in the repair department today 3/24/23 was just abhorrent, she really did not want to help. Very unpleasant experience. Bye Dell Williams, see ya.

This is the absolute BEST for any of your jewelry needs, from high quality jewelry pieces to watches and an incredible repair department. Dell Williams has an amazing selection of designer jewelry as well as a large home goods selection including tons of Annieglass. It is my go-to place to shop for wedding gifts. The staff is always very warm and welcoming! Last time I was in, I learned they are celebrating their 95th anniversary this year!! Wow!

I took a working watch in for a new watch band. When I went to pick it up, the watch was not working. They took no responsibility for the nonworking watch and basically said it wasn’t their fault. I no longer can trust a place like that.

Took in watch for repair, told clerk it was repair, not battery change. Came to pick it up, nothing done since they do not repair watches. If clerk had bothered to LISTEN to me it would have saved everyone time and bother.

Dell williams has been my go store for new baby gifts and jewelry repair for 25 years. I'm a traditionalist when it comes to a baby gift and their selection of sliver, silver plated spoons and forks is not that pricey. Their compline try gift wrapping is just elegant. But this review is about their repair department. I can walk in to the store, be greeted with a smile and feel comfortable in jeans and sweatshirt; not judged. Last week I brought in a piece of jewelry that has been in the family a very long time and that I wear everyday. There was a young person cleaning the mirror and counter and greeted me with a smile. They went around to the other side and asked what I needed. The person took my item to the jeweler who was working towards the back and within a minute my item was back in my hands- problem fixed and ...no charge! I would have gladly left this piece- as I've done with other jewelry to be repaired but it was a quick fix!. I have refereed many friends to their repair department and they have been pleased with price and service - especially creating pieces of jewelry that are unique. Give them a try if you're getting estimates!

I made a Yelp account just to write a review for this place. The old women working at the store on 6/16/22 were possibly the rudest sales associates I have ever met. I came to look at their Seiko Presage collection. Upon entering, I was immediately told in an extremely rude tone, "This is not a way through to the parking lot you'll need to go around" and ignored by the associates. When I asked if they sold watches they looked taken aback and just pointed toward the watches and did not help me. The associates rudely assumed I wasn't buying anything and dismissed me before I could even open my mouth. When they finally noticed I was wearing a Grand Seiko they suddenly changed their tune and tried to accommodate me. What the lady said, and how I was treated at the front was absurd. I'm an Asian man in my 20s and have never been treated this badly at any luxury goods store in my life. This extremely rude and blatant profiling is unacceptable and I will never return again. I advise all to stay clear of this establishment given the poor service and extremely condescending associates.
