I called asking for insurance help and the lady on the phone essentially told me I'm screwed without even asking what I needed help with. She then proceeded to tell me the whole system is "retarded" I'm sure the people who actually help you are great but the lady on the phone was so unprofessional.

The best health insurance assistance service out there! Pam has been my agent for years. I totally trust her and know that the insurance she finds me will be the best one I can get. She is smart and kind and fun to work with. Medication prices can be a big deal so knowing that Pam has worked with every plan out there and knows which one would be best for me is a huge relief and ever so helpful.

I highly recommend Pamela and the staff at DCD Financial & Insurance Services. I approached their office for help several years ago as I tried to sift through the options as a new medicare client. With their guidance I was able to design a coverage package that met my health and financial needs. Each year the office reaches out to evaluate my current needs and balance them against the current insurance options available. They even guide me through the application process. I don't know how people navigate this process without DCD. I am grateful to them.

Pam and her team work diligently to get the best options for my Medicare drug plan. Annually they request information for price comparisons in November, they call at your appointment time and you get to talk to a live person. I never worry about my new enrollments.
