D and R are awesome! I have been with them for years. I had switched off auto-pay but forgot. I didn't open my bill until it was too late. In California, it can take 20-25 days to get a new policy. Shawn worked lightning-fast to write up a new policy and got it approved within an hour! I could not be happier!

I've been with D and R Insurance for many years and worked with different staff there, especially Frank. They have always gone above and beyond. They have spent some significant time with us explaining the issues behind different options. They also have recommended some things that were not on our radar at all that offered us a lot of peace of mind. I have highly recommended them to our friends.

I have been with D and R insurance for quite sometime now and they carry my personal and business Insurance, I could not be happier with the service my family and I have received from them over the years. Not only do they fulfill their promise to manage your accounts on a regular basis but my wife and I were in a bad vehicle accident and they have gone above and beyond to insure that the claim was being handled properly and efficiently. They were truly concerned about our well being; it is difficult to find that kind of personal attention these days. Our insurance carrier Mercury has also been really great. The at fault party's insurance had a limits issue and Mercury made sure things were taken care of under our under insured motorists policy with no trouble for us at all. I can not say enough good things about these companies and strongly advise anyone looking for insurance coverage personal or business to contact Frank or Shawn at D & R insurance.

After finding D&R about 15 years ago and being so happy with the service, I moved all my insurance business there. They find me the best policy based on my individual needs. I know they are paying attention because they recommend I change insurers occasionally to get better coverage or a better price. It's great to have an expert I can trust looking out for me.

Dear D & R, After 5 years, I just fired you as the broker for my Mercury account. I've been completely disappointed in the work from Violeta. I feel as though the majority of the effort put out has been requests that will make the management of my account easier for herself versus helping me to get my car insurance situation up-to-speed (pun intended). After my frustration with Violeta, I asked to work with someone else at D & R. She replied, "Oh, everyone KNOWS ABOUT you." WTF? Seriously? What does that even mean? Sincerely, VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER Yelpers, if you have another option for an insurance broker, avoid D & R if you can.
