Don't get me wrong, this place is awesome. They always have great prices, it's easy to find what you're looking for here, but some of the staff are rude, to say the least. I dress pretty.. "not normal", and i've seen SO many employees side-eye me or do that rude up-and-down stare in disgust thing or just treat me like I'm not human. Some staff need to learn how to respect customers, but besides that it's a great store that always has everything I need.

The young Asian girl (I think I heard her coworker call her Kim) who works at the pharmacy is such a bitter mean person I hate seeing her here when I have to pick up my prescription. She should be fired for being rude, and always giving wrong information pertaining to picking up my prescription.

Generally an acceptable CVS, they are awful at the pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere.

I was served by Evan who was amazing! He was so lovely and he saved me so much money helping me with coupons! Can’t recommend him enough, very helpful and kind!

A sales clerk in an aisle asked if I needed any assistance.When checking out, the clerk was friendly and fast. A line started to back up, she called for assistance and immediately another clerk came up front to keep the line moving smoothly.

Probably the worse drug store I've ever been too... terrible... how is cvs so successful I don't know. I don't even write yelp reviews but I had to for this place.

The employees are extremely rude they have no sense of respect whatsoever. My mom who is a doctor, a front line worker, who has 2 kids was shopping. She was accused of stealing, told to leave, and was humiliated in front of everyone by the employee. It’s one thing to do your job well but it’s another to be confrontational and accuse people by the way they look. My mom was being very respectful and understanding about it and was actively paying when the employee refused to apologize despite her immense mistake. And said “we’ll see” when her debit card already confirmed she had the money to pay.

A certain employeee accusing someone of not being able to pay and being extremely rude and asking them to leave when they could 100% could pay. and it would be understanding if they asked kindly or asked to check because their is a lot of crime in Santa Cruz, but the employee was completely rude to the person and made a huge scene. This person was my mom and she came home crying and went there to get supplies for my summer camp and she was treated like a criminal with no respect at all.

Just wow! Terrible service. You don’t say you’re going to quick order a prescription that should have been ready, then after standing for 20 minutes tell me I have to get back in line all over again. I’m so done with this kind of service here. Bye!
