Picked up an antibiotics prescription for my daughter here. When we got the medicine home, it was a powder instead of a liquid. The pharmacy was supposed to add a precise amount of water, but forgot. When we called, they just told us to add 12 mL ourselves instead of admitting fault. This could have been a dangerous error for someone who didn't realize the medication was supposed to be liquid.

I won't shop here anymore even though the store is clean and stocked on the account of the poor customer service. I had a banana peel to discard while buying my item and a rude employee refused to allow me to discard in the employee register trash, telling me to walk down the street. If I had used the restroom it would've had a trash it was just a favor and they didn't have to touch it just grab the trash and let me discard. I spoke with Supervisor Lynn who said "I'll do it just this once" and explained further that corporate (not the store) has handed down a policy for no floor trashes which makes perfect sense however I was asking to simply throw away a fruit peel in their personal trash. Lynn also described the situation as "all or nothing" in regards to this policy. I resort to poor service and stubbornness and the culprit as opposed to policy. If I stated this same request at another CVS this wouldn't have been the case. The staff needs to be trained the difference between people abusing the business vs. a kind customer making a basic request to discard a single piece of trash.

Everyone that works here has always been super nice and helpful. Staff is always in a good mood which reflects on their customer service. It's a difficult store with tourists, college students, and more all centering at this location, but they make it a positive experience every time. They prioritize keeping lined down and customers moving. Great job here!

I'm glad that CVS is within walking distance of my home. This morning I left my phone on the counter. When I realized what had happened, I was overwhelmed with thoughts of losing my phone. I should not have worried. After trying to catch me to no avail, The CVS associate put my phone in a secure location until I returned. This is just one reason why I shop at CVS. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Keep up the good work CVS!

Worst service EVER! They are rude and insensitive to the needs of a costumer when it comes to medication refills. The staff is short and not very knowledgeable of the insurances to bill. They over charged me saying my insurance was rejected and even after my insurance company called them and spoke to the pharmacists about my coverage and the medication I was getting was supposed to only have a co-pay of 1.55 not 16.00, they still charged me the 16.00. They often don't have the medications I need in stock saying, it's not available anywhere in this town. They don't bother to tell you when a medication is on hold so when you go to pick up your medication it's a whole ordeal to get it. Byju is one of the worst offenders of rudeness when trying to get my meds straightened out. To say the least, they suck!!!!!!!!! Time for a new pharmacy!

What a nightmare to deal with these people. They had to do one thing for me. They had to call Walgreens and request my prescriptions transferred because Walgreens apparently doesn't deal with my insurance. 3 times I drove back and forth from Walgreens to CVS to get a medication I need for my blood pressure. You would think they had never done anything like that before. Between their incompetence and total contempt for their customers, it was an afternoon wasted, 2 other people in the lobby had been going through the same thing.

Awful pharmacy, doesn't care about their patients. My prescriptions were transferred, actually bought, from the Rite Aid that was closed on Soquel Ave. Never had a problem getting a prescription there for more than 15 years. CVS on the other hand, was a nightmare from the very start. They continually put my prescriptions "on hold", order placed too early. That's fine, you can't get most prescriptions ahead of time. But you'd expect, and Rite Aid did this, that they'd get things ready for when you were allowed to pick up. Instead, they refuse to order the meds until the 30 days is up. So, if the meds aren't in stock (and they usually aren't), you have to wait 1-2 days depending on the day of the week. This means that I can't take my meds as prescribed. Their response is basically to shrug their shoulders. When I asked why they wouldn't order it in advance, so they would have it on hand in time, they replied that they don't want to keep any extra, because maybe it wouldn't be picked up. We're talking about a recurring, monthly prescription here, something that I'm supposed to take on a daily basis, and have been taking for years. They just don't care.

CVS pharmacy at Front St is a very convenient location to get my medicine and other useful products at very reasonable prices. I love the Extra Buck offers. In 2023 I took full advantage of this program and I save over $200 bucks. Paying the membership was valuable to me. Thank you.
