I switched from Comcast to Cruzio for my home Internet over 8 years ago, and I couldn’t be happier! I saved huge monthly costs, and get friendly and fast local support. For all these years (pre-pandemic!) I work from home and rely on my Internet. And of course, we stream TV and music and use Internet for a wide variety of things. Swapppng to Cruzio from Comcast was a great decision.

After more than a decade of internet from giant corporate ISPs, Cruzio is a breath of fresh air. The cost is exactly as advertised with no extraneous fees, upload/download speeds exceed estimates, and on the rare occasions that something goes wrong, I can get an actual, local human being on the phone who will quickly get things fixed.

I got tired of switching from provider to provider every other year, unhappy with the customer service of the big companies. I would call to find a resolution and they would often recommend that my problems would go away if I paid for a higher tiered internet option. I finally decided to break from that cycle, went local, and really glad I did. Cruzio recommended a service that fit the needs of my property and I finally have the interrupted service I've been looking for. Installation was quick and everyone has been courteous. I highly recommend Cruzio to anyone that is currently unhappy with their Internet service provider.

Best internet service. Local people with great customer service. It's more reliable than the competition and the wireless service is faster. Also not overpriced like the other options.

100 out of 10 service!! Our business has been using Comcast for the last few years. We found that Cruzio was not only more affordable, but offered us more options that fit our needs, AND their customer service team is AMAZING!! The transition from Comcast Internet to Cruzio was seamless! They also gave us a great phone company recommendation, which is also amazing. Cruzio has won over a lifetime customer!!

In May of 2023 (5 months ago) I switched from Xfinity to Cruzio Wireless Pro internet. I cannot give a high enough rating for this company, their responsiveness, and their internet service. 5 months in, I have had ZERO service interruptions. The speed through Wireless Pro is more than sufficient for my needs including multiple devices streaming, zoom conferences, and other internet needs. I found the installation team to be professional, efficient, and communicated clearly. I give Cruzio my highest recommendation for their Wireless Pro service.

We brought our new Ipad in as, when we transferred from the old Ipad, the Cruzio email did not migrate. We arrived unannounced during lunch hour. The sole tech on duty, Sam, said he could help us right then. He did!!! He knew precisely how to handle the situation and we are once again happy emailers. Thank you Sam and thank you Cruzio for hiring him!!!

We've had service up in the Santa Cruz mountains for about 15 years now. Originally service was provided by Skyline broadband, which was taken over by Coast side.net. And now finally, Crusoe has taken them over. In the 15 years that we had service before our service was out twice over that entire time. Service still worked even when the power went out and we used generator back up. In the few months that we've had the service since they took over we've had three outages we've called and didn't get a call back for two days where they left a message stating that the power was out. Obviously I know that but they should be on a back up. Assuming it's the same equipment that was used for with the previous company. So if you want reliable Internet, and good customer support, do not get service from Cr

Amazing! The internet went down last night at our nineteen unit condominium complex. We called at 10:30 PM to report the problem. Some wonderful Cruzio employee came out LAST NIGHT LATE and got us up and running. Cruzio goes above and beyond any other company out there.
