I've been banking with CoAmerica 50 years. Lately you can't get them on the phone, 1 1/2 hour wait. Can't deposit checks with phone app and after 3 representatives was unable to help, IT was supposed to call back, two weeks later nothing, still can't deposit checks. No one at the local office can do anything about online problems. Looking for a new bank.

These mf sobs. During COVID while making minimum payments on credit cards, and maintaining 1k inthe checking, these sobs are gonna reduce my available credit 1000.00 so available is only 200,00 I can't trust my financial institution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mid 600s credit, on time pmts, and still they f me!

Most of the employees are very kind & helpful. Aside from the old man named Kurt. Every single encounter I have had with him has been negative and left me feeling like I shouldn't be banking there anymore. Two customers came in before me one in a wheelchair, the other assisting him. Kurt condescendingly asked the disabled man why he was in a wheelchair. Which was not only rude it was none of his business. When the man explained about his neuropathy Kurt scoffed and ignored his answer. Also the groundskeepers there use "Round Up" which is a toxic weed killer that not only causes cancer in humans & animals but pollutes the environment. They shouldn't be polluting our environment with toxic chemicals OR attitudes. Every other employee there is much more respectful and pleasant. I would gladly wait a few minutes more to not have to be subjected to Kurt's objectionable attitude. I feel bad for the employees who have to work with him, they absolutely deserve better.

I recently decided to close my accts @ Wells Fargo after 43+ years and now do my banking at Comerica Bank. Wells Fargo had finally driven me elsewhere. Comerica's tellers & bankers are friendly & don't rush you through, no matter how many people may be in line. In fact, I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be helped by any one teller nor have I seen more than 3 people waiting in line. I am ALWAYS treated with respect...afterall, it is my money...they never forget that! Comerica also has a guard by the ATMs & main entrance...I feel better with those guys around. Believe it or not, they also have drive-thru banking. Ah, the joy of knowing when its rainy & frozen outside, I have the option of doing my banking in my Pj's & slippers with my car heater on while the rest of you get soaked in the freezing rain. Nothing personal friends.
