Horrible experience with State Farm for an ongoing claim that took 2years not once did they help me. Finally got my car back that still was not working properly and did what was advised of me just for them to look for a reason to deny my claim and not help me. No one in the office could help me and the claim handlers were beyond rude and no helpful. Now I’m stuck paying Toyota dealership a $800 bill because they denied my claim. Im sickened to my stomach due to this stress and will have to take this to the insurance bureau for review.

David was super helpful when I called in to get an auto insurance quote. I had been having trouble with the online system so I called the office and spoke with David, and in 15 mins I was shown multiple quote options and explanation of the different types of coverage. I was able to get an affordable policy that fits my needs all over the phone! Very grateful for the amazing customer service and knowledgeable insurance agents

David was my advisor and he was absolutely fantastic and a welcome relief from the horrendous treatment I received from geico who I’d been with for over 11+ years!I would highly recommend David although I hear great things about Chris too. If you want a personal touch where your policy and any questions are answered thoroughly and patiently then it’s worth the money to go with State Farm.
