CHEVRON MISSION ST SANTA CRUZ SUCKS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PUMPS DON'T READ ACTUAL CHEVRON CARDS AND THOUGH IT SAYS IT APPLIES SAFEWAY $ CREDIT IT DOES NOT LOWER PRICES.
HAPPENED TO ME IN PAST PUT UP WITH THE BULL S BECAUSE I LIVE NEARBY. NO MORE, GOODBYE FOREVER MISSION CHEVRON.
OUT OF AREA OWNERS, CRAPPY EQUIPMENT, TRYING TO SCREW ME OUT OF SAFEWAY GAS REWARDS. I AM DONE WITH YOUR CRAPPY STATION FOREVER.
I'LL DRIVE 10 MILES IF NECESSARY TO BUY AT ANOTHER CHEVRON STATION.

Beware. I pumped my gas here as usual but the Apple Pay was out of order at the pump so I used card. A week later, I get a notification @ 5AM in the morning saying I just paid $57 for gas. I wasn’t even up yet. Disputed it and am not going back here again.

Make sure attendant lets you use the toilet before pumping gas. The manager was right there behind attendant and he’s the one who said station doesn’t have a toilet.

Expensive gas. Receipt is not available at pump, you need to see clerk to collect it.

It's a very sad thing to refuse paying customers the right to use the bathroom. Why won't you allow people use your bathroom and always have a hand written out of order sign hanging up. Is you upper management awaree of this?

The bathrooms are not available to the public, when taking long trips it is uncomfortable not to be allowed to use the bathroom.

Don't get me wrong. the actual gas here is DECENT, but it's the "food mart" part thats horrible. Theres numerous incredibly rude employees, insulting me and my friends for what we wear, side-eyeing us for no reason, and laughing at us for buying certain products. Theres a few of them who talk shit about customers in spanish and laugh, and the store always smells like weed or cigarettes. Also, the majority of products are damaged or opened, cans with dents, chips with tears, etc. Would not recommend.

Conveniently located on mission Street in Santa Cruz, a smaller neighborhood sized gas station. Traffic from middle school in the morning can be really busy, and of course we can traffic on mission is an issue. Just be patient getting in and out.

This place would have received zero stars. First off their prices are inflated compared to other gas stations literally within a stones throw. The space between pumps is tight as well. Even still as Chevron card holders this is a common place for my wife to stop for gas. Today we stopped to spend roughly $100 filling up and asked to use the bathroom only to be told by the curt clerk that there is no bathroom. I explained to him that this is not true and asked him where he goes and he made the excuse that his shift was a short one. I for one will not continue to give my money to gas stations and other restaurants etc that have restrooms but post pandemic use this as an excuse to cut out that service. Gas stations are a stopping point for people on the road traveling and are there to provide gas, food, drinks and a stopping point for people as they travel. To cut out the basic service of a bathroom break for a paying customer while continuing to charge outrageous rates is a very poor business model. We opted to take our business down the road to one of the many other gas stations with a accessible restroom.

How are you going to watch people pull up to the pump and then mess around until 10 and at 10:05 just turn off the pumps? so rude. i bet if the guy working needed gas he would've left the pumps on for one extra minute
