Love the staff here, everybody is extremely nice and helpful. Friday's there can be some long lines, but most other days it moves pretty quickly.

Everybody working at this Bank are very helpful and actually get things done in a timely fashion. I was actually amazed look how quickly my questions where answered and the things I needed to be done who handled quickly with no problems doing them and without any mistakes. Thanks for showing how a bank should be run.

The bank tellers are very pro and friendly but don’t rely on the ATMs at this branch because I recently made a cash deposit even tho my gut told me the ATM will mess it up which it did. It took a phone call and two days to get my cash deposit credited. As others have said before on here, one or both ATMs are not working most times and/or it my not accept your transaction. I hope they replace the ATMs soon otherwise, it’s a 3 rating for now.

Our company was not able to resolve a serious issue with Chase. We talked to multiple individuals via phone at the branch and got different answers from each. Our assigned banker was on leave and the banker in charge did not respond to multiple requests. Poor service at best.

Near my house and I like they can (try to) dispense a mix of $5, $20, $100 so I use their ATM to get cash from my Schwab debit card. Yeah, there's a fee but Schwab reimburses that, and yeah usually one or more ATM broken, but then usually at least one works. So, a couple stars for that much.Today, 1st had 'broken' sign, 2nd wouldn't dispense $20 bills, 3rd looked OK. Went through process to use with Schwab debit card (for which they charge $3.50) then at end it prints out "can't dispense cash, call this number" - called the number, waded thru menu hell (no option for me "non-Chase cash withdrawal problem" at the number they printed I should call, so I just kept using 0#), got an agent after a couple minutes of standing in the wind next to the machine.The agent is confused because I have Chase credit card but I wasn't using it; finally understands problem but says "no I can't tell if it charged Schwab, you better call them" so that bank just (a) didn't dispense cash, (b) specifically told me to call a useless number, (c) left me cold and trying to talk in the wind on a cell phone in order to do what their receipt asked me to do; so, the end effect is (d) they made me nervous about that bank's systems.I think I'm kinda done with that branch. (BTW, I went over to Costco and used their ATM - fast, inside/safer, and no fees.)

They would not provide a medallion seal on a U.S. Treasury department transfer into my account. Not even an offer to discuss the process. Isn’t that what banks are meant to do? I guess I’ll close the account soon enough.

They don't answer the phone. Ever. I had to make a special trip there to find out if there was a notary public. And of course he wasn't there on that day... I wanted to complain to the manager, but he was on the phone the whole time I was there. Bank elsewhere--you can do better.

Just a cold, sad, Chase branch. Disgustingly dirty ATM machines. (See photos) There are no indoor ATM machines, only outdoor. The outdoor ATM location is not in a safe spot, and I was hassled by two homeless people that appeared to be under the influence of drugs. When you walk inside the branch, it is very quiet, no staff will greet you, look at you, smile at you, or acknowledge you until you approach the window.

I'm very upset at the woman Security guard there I went inside to withdraw called a Uber to pick me up I worked all day and was tired! I wasn't even there on the curbside waiting she comes over ask what am I doing here yet there is 3 homeless 15 ft away from the ATM while customer need to withdraw.has anyone else dealed with this security guard? I work as a security guard and know this is a form of harassment I will notify her company and the bank I'm very displeased I sure don't want this security guard to harass anyone else that comes in contact with her

Don’t ever do a wite yeaAver at this bank. The aft that helped me entered all the wrong info and now I can’t get my money back. This has to be the worst chase bank and bank teller.

Alexander Martinez set up a new account for me in under 45 minutes. Was pretty impressed with how seamless he made it after getting the run around at another branch.

Chase is okay. Should definitely open branches in South Lake Tahoe and Reno.

If a branch is temporarily closed, you need to reflect that in your posted operating hours.
