Char deserves to be #1 + on YELP! All the awesome comments about her are true!She spent a great amount of time over the phone with me on that first call, coming up with a brilliant strategy for our very complicated financials.Over the top incredible service, excellent underwriting knowledge. Char worked after hours and weekends on our loan. As a retired loan officer, I know that dealing with 4 co-borrowers and complex tax returns made our deal extra difficult, but Char made it smooth. In the end we closed early. Char Is super smart, super sweet, and super caring. I cannot thank her enough getting me a better loan than the one I had with another lender, so that we were able to buy an awesome house.Char can close a loan anywhere in California, so I will be telling everyone to call her, even out of town friends, family, past clients.Best of all, not only did I meet a loan officer who works as hard as I used, but I met a new friend for life!
