I've been coming here for years and have always had a great expirence until tonight. I'll start off by saying I'm an autistic adult with high social anxiety so I tend to have my partner on the phone with me while I wait and go places. Even at cannacruz I've never had any problems being on the phone while I'm waiting and I haven't really thought much about it since honestly social ques aren't the easiest for me. Well tonight I went outside to go make sure my bike was secure and stand outside like I always do. I went inside after a bit since I saw people being called in who checked in after me and sat and then finally when I pulled my phone away to look over at who was working at the desk they were talking to their co worker before finally telling me they assumed I left because I went outside to wait? And they had never even tried to call my name. Then followed a bunch of weird vibes and them pretty much blaming me being on my phone which I'm more then happy to put down had someone told me. Please be kinder with how you treat people and maybe inform instead of blame ♡ this made my night super icky and I deal with enough of these as a neurodivergent person.

They're nice on the surface when they're selling you six month+ old, dry af product. The 20 year olds they have working the phones are rude. THEY messed up my order and I didn't realize til I got home. I called a couple times, asking about a possible refund the last call and the kid working there told me "we're going to block your number". Get out of business if you're pissy on the phone. Didn't get to speak to any manager. Everybody else there are basically cutthroat scammers. Not a friendly place whatsoever. They're all about the benjamins. Six month old junk worth $0. Beware.

It's all right ...not great.....their staff just isn't that knowledgeable, a bit burnt out and don't really know the product that they're selling ...good sale discounts though!

An easy place to shop & they’ve got excellent deals. Today my bud tender Alyssa gave amazing suggestions, used my preferred name, and kept me out the door with top shelf in my price range. The staff are so kind for real! Even when the line is long (students get a discount the signage says) I rarely wait longer than 3-5 min. They’re open till 10.

“You had me at hello.” That is what I told him ( Chaz ) he was so knowledgeable, and professional, not to mention friendly. I called in with a few questions regarding product of course. Chaz laid it out thoroughly with impeccable patience. Now there are rules and regulations regarding the discussion of THC products telephonically. Still, managed to explain in a why I can understand from a customer standpoint. Like I said he had me at hello . Great customer service at their place of business. When I showed up the dude at the front was super kind and professional. It was a very fast but great experience. Curtis wash bud tender who was nothing short of amazing just like everyone else ! Kind faces ! Welcoming!
Definitely recommend this place !

Best club I’ve been to since I moved here the homey Tony is hella chill as someone who really just like to be in and out it’s very nice because I don’t feel like I’m there just as a customer everybody is chill I’ve never had a bad experience when I come my first time I came was greeted by a girl in the back she was hella chill asf too but never got her name they have thee best deals hands down this is the only club I come to in SC

Santa Cruz location was delightful, from the beginning to the end. I didn’t catch their name but the girl in the white skirt on Sunday was super helpful and picked out such an amazing strain it went over my head

There are some really KIND PEOPLE and greats LOW PRICES. Unlike kind people’s terrible dispensary on Ocean. They offer free battery inspection and repair service with excellent and nice customer service. You can buy the same products for a fraction of the cost of kind people’s products. They have amazing deals and many trusted products from brands they collaborate with like Crop Circle and Heavy Hitters. Top shelf big dollar for amazing prices. 11/10 would recommend 10 stars. Got cool stickers and colors
