Super bummed. Great selection, but can’t count on them to be open. After checking google and seeing the shop closed at 7, I rushed from work and showed up at 6:15 to purchase some items for an event tomorrow. The door was locked and lights were still on, and it looked like the employee saw me through the window. She went into the back so I called to see if I might be able to go inside, but the employee said they were closing early and she was already counting the money. There were several things in the window I would have purchased (dress shoes, flats, a blazer, earrings, and a wallet) but couldn’t. I’m really sad and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I've purchased cute clothing items here before and had a good customer service experience- so 3 stars for that. However, today I was so put off I had to leave. A sales associate practically yelled at a young girl shopping with her mother to "be careful" with the shoes. She ran over and took the shoe from her and said something about it getting dirty. The girl was not super young and she was clearly shopping with her mom 3 feet away. They also immediately asked me to put my tea by the front which is fine, but if announcing rules is the only customer service I get in a store, no thanks. They didn't offer to help or ask if I was looking for anything. I spent my money at Pacific Trading Co. where they offered to help me. Some of the sales associates need to do better here.

Terrible customer service. Shoes started falling apart after an hr of walking in them on normal sidewalks. No crazy hikes, or off-road adventures, just some good old fashioned standard walking. Not willing to take the return. Wow! Never again!

For someone who's obsessed with shoes, I'm shocked to say I've never actually gotten shoes from here, but I have gotten some sweaters and tops over the years. The shoes are always what drive me in, but I quickly remember I have too many pairs that I never wear, and instead shop the clothes. They don't have much in terms of clothing, but what they do have is typically cute, comfy, and moderately priced. The trends they carry are very in style, but also unique to the store. I love the boutiquey feel this shop offers. On occasion, they also have some good sales, which usually sells me on whatever I was looking at. The sales associates are always friendly and willing to help, but not pushy - which is a huge plus.

I live in the Bay area, and this was my first slightly nervous overnight trip away since Covid began 15 months ago. I was reassured by the staff at Bunny's Shoes in Santa Cruz, who were as cautious as I am - everyone wore masks, even though not technically required now, and they were friendly and welcoming. I was just browsing in this adorable store, and fell in love with a small cross-body Latico bag. I didn't buy it then, as it seemed an indulgence, but once I got home I realized my current bag was not working for various reasons, so I called Bunny's to see if they still had the Latico bag and could they ship it to me. They did and they could! I spoke to Liz, and she texted me a photo to make sure it was the bag I wanted, gave me the sale price of 20% off, packed it up securely, and sent it to me. I got it the next day!! I couldn't be happier with it, and with the friendly - and fast! - service of Liz at Bunny's.

Bunny's can be pricey but they do have sales. This has been one of my favorite stores since I moved here 30+ years ago. Personally, their wallets & purses are over priced. Nonetheless, it's a fun store to shop at. Staff is friendly & knows their merchandise. Love Bunny's

The people working were very nice and helpful. I had a issue with the return policy but they fixed the issue and I will be a repeat customer.

I love Bunny's especially the people that work there and there shoe selection. I've only had great experiences there. In particular I had a great experience with Samantha. It was late and they were closing and I was indecisive about what shoes to buy. I keep wanted to retry shoes and Samantha was so patient and helpful in helping me make my decision on what pairs to buy. I recommend Bunny's to all my friends and family!!!

my uggs busted out on day 2. apparently neither bunny's nor uggs stands behind their product. got store credit for a year. went in every other month. found nothing!!!! asked associate to have owner/manager call me. manager/owner never did call,but associate called to extend my credit for another year. as soon as this is spent I WILL NEVER shop here again. maybe i will stand outside and ask people to give me cash so i can put their purchase on my store credit--as they cannot return anything anyway. bunny's should work this out with ugg, the customer should not have $180 dollars held hostage for years. i will resort to big companies who stand behind their products- or i should say, their clients.
