Terrible customer service. They didn't have wetsuit I wanted in my size so tried to sell me cheaper wetsuits in stock to the point of bad mouthing their own top of the line products. Bought Excel online instead.

I gave Billabong two stars for their return policy or method. They use USPS for costumer returns, and this carrier is the worst. They are constantly losing packages. This is conveniently for Billabong and other companies that use this carrier. If you lose your receipt, you won't get a refund.

I have been in the store the last 6 months or so about 3 or 4 times to purchase gifts and have had some of the best customer service I've ever had in a clothing store . I had a problem with the color of one of the sweatshirts and needed to exchange to a different style and color. The manager helped me out personally and went out of her way to help me feel like my needs were met and the exchange was so easy and fast --- The manager Rochelle --- definitely a keeper and worth her weight in GOLD !!! This kind of service will keep going back even if I have to drive a bit to get there :) Thank you ! Brooke V.

These might be the nicest people on the planet. Everyone from the guy who runs the store, Adam, to the other employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus they have great gear from boards and wetsuits to surfy fashion. Highly recommended.

Billabong SC - great shop. Good selection of boards (IMO best in Santa Cruz and non-vibey). Also carries Xcel suits - which last a lot longer than other brands I could mention. Also thanks for accepting board deliveries from down south.

Great choice, full of local surfing history and famous boards (some signed by champions) hanging from the ceiling! A visit is a must!
