Customer service is terrible. There was two employees at the register and they turned their back to us. They saw us waiting to pay and decided to talk to each other while using their phones. It took them while before they acknowledged us. There was only one employee who was helpful a gentleman with short hair and a mustache. Unfortunately he went on his lunch before we checked out. I love supporting local shops. But I will not be coming back to this one.

As tourists drove all the way to the site to make a purchase as they supposedly closed at 9pm, got here at 8pm and the blond guy at the register was really rude and didn’t let us in. Update your info & teach your employees how to treat costumers.

The staff here rules. My family wandered in off the street and before we left we ended up with bags of clothes and a handful of stickers for my kiddo. They're engaged, friendly and make great recommendations.

This review is based on my experience with online purchasing from Berdels. I called last week to get a rough estimate on shipping/delivery times. I spoke with a super chill, kind guy who informed me that my order would be shipped out right after placing. I assumed it would probably take a day or two before it would even go out. So, I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did my order ship out roughly ONE hour after placing my order, but it arrived maybe 2 days after placing my order. I haven’t stopped raving about my experience, and can’t wait to place my next orders! This place is a gem. Buy all your gifts and gear here!!!
