I am the Office Admin for Meisser & Associates.Today I need to contact Scott Bedell regarding our updated COI as well as some questions we had regarding payment.Scott was able to get both action items resolved with surprising efficiency.I have dealt with a lot of different insurance companies over the years, both personally and in my admin work. Tried to get quotes for house insurance. Never received a quote. Called again and gave me the name of the agent who I had originally talked to, and she would return my call. Once again, no call. Makes me wonder what kind of service you would get if you had a claim. Went elsewhere for house insurance, obviously they don't need the business.

Bedell & Nelson-Harbert Insurance has been taking care of our family for 42 years.... We can't say enough about how professional they've been during that time. Another reviewer mentioned their confusion with an insurance company name change for one of the companies Bedell Nelson represents, which was actually a merger of two.
