Nate took great care of my son’s new truck. He gave it the ceramic and bumper ppf treatment. It looks outstanding. His team were very accommodating to us. Beach Cites Auto Detail does some fine work.
I brought my car in for water damage because of a convertible top leak.
Credit to them it was kind of a tough process because when I picked up my car the first time the convertible top no longer worked.
They worked with my insurance and got my car fixed at no additional cost.
This is an honest shop that does fine work.
What more can you ask.

Absolutely blown away by the work Nate and Lucas did on my STi. Nate was super helpful as far as working out the right options for me (My car is my daily and while I like it, it is not and will never be a show car). I wound up with the gold package and ppf on my front bumper. I collected the car today and it looks a million bucks. They also coated the wheels and tidied up the paint. Will absolutely be back, although hopefully I can keep this car for a while now. Thankyou.

Hey , i want to sing praises to Nate. I called in a pickle about my car having standing water which shorted my electrical. He was super helpful on the phone and then took the time out of his day to vacuum out my water and help get me back on the road and explained everything. Awesome. Thank you Nate ! Super grateful.

My dad was texting back and forth with Nate talking about the scratches on my car and he was very responsive and helpful and gave us a appointment time immediately. I came in and they were the nicest people and he said he would be able to get the scratches out in an hour and he'd do it right that second. He offered me a place to sit (comfiest chair ever btw) and told me to make myself at home. Unfortunately the scratches were too deep for him to get out and he gave us a number to call to get it sprayed in. Overall great service and great people.

Took my wife's new suv in last year for a ceramic pro coating detail and could not be happier with the results from the pro level coating and the service of this shop. The owner Nate is super hands on, explains the different products and options, and stands behind their work. I had some minor water spotting that occured because of a 2 minute summer rain then 90 degree sun came out right afterwards and he was able to take care of it on the spot with no hassle at all. I have been multiple times and every time I get the same level of top not service! It's great to have someone who cares about their business these days like Nate does! After all the post-covid lack of service it seems like at so many places, this is super refreshing to see. This is the only shop to go in Santa Cruz area for your car detail!

Nate and his crew were fantastic to work with when I wanted my new-to-me car ceramic coated. Nate was great over the phone explaining the process and what was best for my needs. They weren't booked out too far and value for the work done was outstanding. Even ceramic coating parts of the interior that were painted. Great attention to detail and updates during the whole process. Would be back with other cars and possible PPF.

Was really excited for my new truck and to have it protected. Now I wish I never called beach cities auto detail where there is no attention to detail. I’ve given this place so many chances to make things right, but they were unprofessional, and failed to fix the issues. Took my brand new truck in for ceramic coating right after I bought it. After beach cities did the first wash and I took it home, I noticed several spots/stains and scratch/swirl marks on my truck. When I simply asked Nate, the owner, about this, he was quick to say it was there already, it was the weather, bad paint, from previous washes (on a brand new truck?), and of all things it was my fault. I was blown away. I think most businesses would be like, ‘whoa, that’s not right, come down and we’ll take a look for you’. But when I went down, the owner threw a fit running around cursing and mumbling things. As if I came in upset and yelling which was not at all the case. In the end after many calls listening to excuses and randomly odd outbursts, he admitted to doing a bad job and wanted me to come back to have a color correction, and reapplication of ceramic pro at my expense. What type of place operates like this?

Had a great experience bringing in my new car to get the Ceramic Pro gold package and PPF on the front bumper. I posted a question on their site and Nate, the owner, got right back to me. He was able to fit me in quickly, and he got the job done when he said he was going to get it done. My car looked amazing after he was done! Highly recommend them!
