Terrible customer service, lack empathy. Refuse to print 1 simple mother's day photo 25 min before store closes.
Im rushing the day before mother's day to get everything ready, and call ahead to make sure they can print my photo in time (I called earlier and was told they could print a simple photo in less than 10 min).
Some 24 year kid on the phone tells me they shut down the printers early, and will be shutting them down in 10-15 min. I tell him I'm driving and will be there in 10 that this is urgent, and no I cannot wait till the afternoon of mother's day to get the photo.
Anyways, I arrive in 11 min, and he tells me sorry they shut down the printers. Very frustrating! Now I'm without a mother's day photo. I will not be coming back to these guys.

We had the most wonderful experience with the woman holding down the service desk at the Scott's Valley location yesterday - she was so helpful and kind! The photos we ordered of our late family dog came out absolutely beautifully, even though they were originally screenshots of old instagram posts, and we blew them up to 8x10s. Magnificent service and brilliant work. Thank yall so much!
