This Bank of America location Santa Cruz, much better, each time they are helpful, very nice and polite, comfortable atmosphere! I definitely recommend this location of BOA!

The bank has closed the office.The ATM is in a very dangerous area where homeless people hang out and try to get ATM customers to give them money.AVOID at all costs!The drive through will, of course, only serve customers who are in licensed vehicles.

This review is about this particular branch, not the BofA "brand" (because they're not my favorite!). I go here for work-related banking and at this particular location, I'm always impressed by the prompt and friendly service! I've been going to the Capitola location for years and it always takes forever, no matter what time of day, no matter if you're the only one in line, it's absurd. I honestly go out of my way to do banking at the Santa Cruz location because they make my job much easier/less time consuming. If you're "tied" to BofA, I definitely recommend going to this branch and avoiding 41st Av!

They called me and told me my order of foreign currency was ready to come pick up. They also told me they go on an hour long lunch break and just close the door. I came twice and it was closed. Third time, door still closed but the security guard lets me in. They have me sit for 20 min because someone is still on lunch break (it's 3pm). When I inquire a lady just tells me that my package is right there... Oh well...

The employees are always incredibly nice and as helpful as they can be, but it's closed so often that it's impossible to use consistently, especially when you need change for a business

I had two very simple standard banking requests, they were unable to help with either one. This bank is slightly less useful than the B of A App. If you are considering Bank of America don’t. I’ve been a customer for a long time but I’m done.

This bank is CLOSED on a Friday at 2pm even though their google page was updated five days ago with new hours and it says it's open. Aptos branch is closed, too. Can't trust B of A to be open anymore. Sad to see the employees' hours get cut and shuffled around to 41st Ave.
