I had such an amazing experience here! The team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I never once felt pressured. They really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and now I’m driving away in my dream car! I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

We had a great experience! We recently bought a 2019 Subaru Forester with 47k miles on it. It was in practically brand new condition, really nice car. It was a little bit out of our price range and the owner Mark was willing to negotiate the price to make it work for us. We settled on a price given all was well with the car and they let me take it to the shop of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. The only critical thing the inspection found was the struts needed to be replaced before too long. The owner Mark offered to have them replaced by their own mechanic for free given we buy the car. I wasn't too comfortable with that arrangement because I felt like it was a conflict of interest and I didn't know the quality of their mechanic's work. Mark understood that, was gracious and agreed to credit me the amount it would have cost him to have it done by their guys so I could take it to my own mechanic to have it done. We went ahead and bought the car and have loved it!
One thing the car was missing was the floor mats. I noticed but didn't think it was a big deal and had planned to buy them later on. One of the salesman Aly, was really generous and ordered us brand new Subaru mats at no charge as we were doing the paperwork. He had them ready for me to pick up shortly after we bought the car. Also, when I went to pickup the mats he gave us a $50 gift card to a local restaurant we like. So kind!
Mark and Aly made the whole process easy and low pressure. Highly recommend buying from Auto One.

Mark was very helpful when purchasing a car. We did a pre purchase exam and the car needed new brakes, and Mark had his team do the new brakes on the spot! I really appreciated that! There was also a spill in the trunk (we were all unaware when I purchased the car) and Mark offered to have it detailed for me, since I am far away he sent a check to reimburse me for the detailing. Overall I had to put a little extra love into the car, but Mark was understanding and super helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate the time and effort his team put forward in selling me my dream car! Thank you Mark!

I recently had an excellent experience at Auto One. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Safari was incredibly kind and helpful. Mr Safari was professional, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. He gave me an incredible buying experience purchasing a used vehicle. Auto One exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. This was the easiest experience I've had my entire life. The vehicle I was interested in had an issue with one of the tire sensors. The part had to be ordered, so I left the vehicle with him. I returned two days later. The vehicle wasn't ready. While the local tire shop was replacing the part Mr. Safari treated me to lunch to kill time. After the vehicle was ready he had wagon detailed. His kindness was outstanding.

Mark continues to be amazing! My daughter bought her first car from him. We have purchased cars from Mark before and she didn’t want to get a car from anyone else. Auto One is the best!!!! Mark is the best!!! This was my first time purchasing a car, and Mark was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the buying process! My family loved Auto One so much, they went back the next day to buy my brother a car (I am not even joking I promise......)

We bought a car from Auto One that we'd seen on CarGurus.com. We aren't local but they delivered it to us 2 hours away right before Thanksgiving. A few days later we got a check engine light and took it to the Volvo dealership near us. There were some issues with it that required some work but Auto One graciously offered to pay us back for the majority of what we spent. It's working beautifully and we're very happy with the purchase.

I bought a 2015 Volvo XC60 from Them they delivered it 2 hours away It had minor problems because it was the newest car on the lot they paid to have it fixed the car has run great and it looks great really appreciated the delivery

I was excited to find the make/model car I’d been looking for at this dealership and Mark was really kind on the phone when I called to inquire about the car. Before trekking 2 hours to see and hopefully purchase it, I decided to get a pre-purchase inspection beforehand. I was assured by Mark that the car was in great condition and thoroughly inspected but if it put my mind at ease to get my own inspection, he would oblige and even take it to the mechanic of my choice. You can imagine how surprised I was when the mechanic who did the inspection told me I should not walk but run in the other direction of this car, as numerous red flags had been raised from the inspection that would have cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. And of course, I never heard from the dealership again which just made me feel like it wasn’t just an honest mistake on their part.
