I had called this morning for a battery charge. Within, around 20 minutes, Larry arrived and hooked on to the car battery a small sized charger that did what it was supposed to do. He told me what I needed to do and I followed that. My insurance policy paid for the cost. Thank you ACT!

Auto Cruz Towing was great. They made themselves available to my scheduled needs. Unfortunately my mechanic fell through for me and the Towing never happened. But Auto Cruz was more than available to tow me when I was ready. I give Auto Cruz five stars.

love this guys, responed to my call immediately, was able to get to me within 30 minutes, with a very fair price and a great attitude. helpful and reassuring.. during a stressful time. I have all the confidence in them. They will be the only tow I ever call in the future!!

Super responsive and was easily the cheapest/best rate in town. After getting two flats, front and back, on my passenger side while attempting to leave Santa Cruz we ended up stranded for the night. I called the next morning after we woke up from our unexpected hotel stay to inquire about the price to tow my VW Jetta 1.3 miles away to the Big O Tires on Soquel. He gave me a price for cash or card ($85 or $95) but also texted me the number of a few other places that he thought might be cheaper or quicker. After calling and getting a quote from one of the other companies he suggested, which came back at $220 , I immediately called him back and just asked to book him. He called to ask if we were ready about 30-40 mins later, arrived on time with his expected ETA and we had my car at the tire shop by 1pm! I would highly recommend reaching out if you find yourself needing a tow in the Santa Cruz area!

Best price out of everyone in town!!! Was so kind and courteous and made an unfun day just a little bit not as awful. Scheduled it ahead.... Arrived right on time... was willing to accommodate a special request. Will definitely use again and would absolutely recommend to anyone! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Larry, from Auto Cruz Towing, rescued my husband and me. My husband and I had traveled to Santa Cruz to pick up a sports car my husband had purchased on Ebay. The car was sold as running, but it stopped working less than five miles from the seller's house in the middle of a traffic lane! We pushed the car off the road, with the help of a mail man working in the area. When I called AAA to help us to push the car onto a U-Haul car trailer so we could trailer it back to Ventura, they refused to help us. However, they gave us Larry's phone number and I called. After explaining our situation, Larry agreed to come to our location and help to get the car onto the trailer. He arrived within an hour. We could not have done this without help. Larry came alone, but knew others in the place where we were stuck who helped us push the car up the ramp. Larry also helped us secure the car onto the trailer ( a job we had never done before ). He did the job we asked him to do in a timely manner.Service: Special vehicle towing

I have used Larry Pawlak's services and it was horrible. He took so long to come out. He first acts nice but then lies, manipulates, and takes advantage of you, my disability by making fun of me for his entertainment, then says he will take care of things only to lie and ripped me off totally. I am not even sure he is a licensed, Legal Tow Service. Scarry! DO NOT EVER CALL ON HIM, YOU MIGHT THINK HE IS HELPING YOU ONLY TO LOSE SO MUCH IN THE END TO MAKE IT ALL NOT WORTH IT. He puts on a real good act, but he really is a horrible human being who takes advantage of Disabled People, just cause he can.Services: Auto locksmith

Larry! What can I say that the rest haven’t already… great communicator, helpful with his words, good memory recall, was comforting during a bummer of situation… and all of the above was still true when he arrived to drop off the car. This is our first time using road side assistance/called a tow… Can’t say enough how great an employee Larry is! We will only call this tow shop forever!Thank you Larry!

I called AAA to tow my truck out of an unusual situation and Larry called right back and his driver showed up immediately with a wonderful attitude to help and I was taken care of in 5 minutes. Amazing Service
