Adriana, the leasing agent, responded within 24 hours! Staff have been extremely friendly, patient, understanding, kind, so responsive and helpful! Great communication throughout the rental agreement! All 5 girls and their families are so happy with the outcome! I can finally get some sleep knowing my daughter and her friends are in good hands with Adriana and her staff! Location, location, location! And the rent compared to what other rentals I was looking at were 1-3k more for the other available rentals. So happy to find this not so hidden gem in downtown Santa Cruz! Highly recommend!!”
