The first guy I dealt with Joe was a joke. Sleepy used car salesman type. Should never had been allowed to work at a place as prestigious as a BMW recommended or certified repair center. The rest of the staff are friendly but the work has been Mickey Mouse on my i8 BMW. They returned the car to me unfinished several times and the new repairs are already falling apart. I have to go back again to redo the same work. Getting tired of this.

These gentlemen who work at the shop are awesome! They helped me, a poor college student, remove the huge dent on my driver's side back door, which was caused by a hit and run. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. Down-to-earth guys who don't mind getting their hands dirty. The shop is spotless with two huge friendly German shepherds! God bless these gentlemen because good karma will bring peace and happiness!

What a pleasant surprise to know there are still honest and generous humans in the world. I called Christian and asked if he'd take a look after someone hit my car and didn't leave a note. He cleaned it up and gave me an honest and accurate assessment of my options. I would happily encourage everyone in the community to support this business knowing how kind and friendly the crew is. I had bad flat tire on Friday later afternoon. AA Auto Collision Center helped me finding towing Company and tire shop that they have stock of my tire within the business hours so I can drive home. it was close to 5:00 pm on Friday, Their decision and help were great. Highly recommend.

These guys do fantastic work. My Audi was rear-ended and I initially took it to another shop insurance had recommended and they totaled it. I brought it here for a 2nd opinion and am I happy I did. Christian told me he could fix it, worked with my insurance, and two weeks later I had it back in perfect condition. They were communicative, pleasant, and professional. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! I had someone hit my parked nearly new car causing bumper damage that was too significant to ignore. After getting quotes from other body shops and getting the best estimate from the guys at AA I decided to go with them for the repair. They followed through and did the repair exactly as I had requested for exactly the price they initially quoted (no surprise charges). On top of doing solid work, Christian was willing to do everything he could to make sure I didn't get screwed by the insurance company and was very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend!

Our Mercedes bumper was punctured by another car, and we weren’t able to track down their insurance to help cover the cost of repair. It needed to be fully replaced.I took our car to Christian at AA Auto Collision Center, and he quoted me the repair both new and refurbished.The quote was much cheaper than another I had sourced in the area, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.I dropped the car off on Wednesday afternoon, and had it back and fully repaired by Friday.
