There's a Indian guy who works here every night I live down the street so at first me and my bf would greet him and talk bc we would come so often. One day he casually was asking me how I look so fat but my face is slim.. I was caught off guard and ever since never talked to him. Everytime I go I feel extremely uncomfortable, I never feel comfortable enough to go alone or even when I go with my bf I don't like to look around and get snacks because now I just feel judged by the cashier. There's another guy I don't see as often but he's older with a messed up eye white guy. He's always rude always has an attitude and is constantly sarcastic and making it obvious he is annoyed to ring ppl up. I once wanted to remove an item because I changed my mind on it and he had no issue letting me know how annoying that was by saying out loud "seriously?" And letting out a big sigh shaking his head. That wasn't the first or last time. Everytime I see him it's a rude encounter. Since I live down the street my parents go occasionally too and has also had multiple back and fourths with him due to his rude attitude.

service has gone down hill ALOT. never has any hot food anymore. also doesn't have up any signs of sales going on while others do. very frustrating.

Stopped in to get a microwave burrito, but discovered that 7-11 now has an entire collection of hot food ready to go. I tried the wings, taquitos and chicken rollers, they were all pretty good. Paid by phone, walked out in like two minutes with hot food to eat while driving. Staff was polite and upbeat. Will go back.

Some old white guy that works there at night is Hella rude, told me to leave after I had been a paying customer, I was just parked in the parking lot when no one else was there, they need to fire him. I had a long drive back to oroville and was just taking a break watching you tube and eating the snacks I bought not bothering anyone, seems kind of racist towards me because I'm Mexican, he was also yelling at another guy that bought a coffee.

Zero stars!!! My boyfriend and I go in there at least once a week and we love buying loads of snacks. But last night had to be the worst experience ever! Not sure what the cashiers name was but he was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Accused my boyfriend of stealing when he had already purchased his items. As I was purchasing my items he cursed at us, after confronting him about trying to start something he ignored us. Makes me not want to go there ever again, sad that someone is able to talk to people like that.

Openly admitting to not paying a customer after working for a whole week because she quit. According to the manager, he was teaching her a lesson, which evolved into him calling her 'retarded' and berating her. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Further action is being taken, others in the family have recently found out about the situation.

Manager Ronnie doesn’t pay his employees and was also very rude to my family that tried to ask him if he could pay me because it is illegal. He didn’t care and was very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially if the manager is breaking labor laws.

Can we please get someone that knows what there doing ? Coffee tasted burnt , food is old and hard . What happened to the guy who used to work there ? He knew what he was doing . This place is horrible for service . Slow cashiers , floor is sticky , icee machine has a major mess around it . Definitely will not be coming back to this one.

Always excellent customer service. Always coffee too. Very well stocked and constant efforts are made to keep this store clean. The traffic through there is very high. They are the only 7-11 that I have seen go through all of the fresh bake pizzas (that has to be 40 pizzas). They quickly restocked and happily baked me a meat combo. Fantastic attitudes, and a real desire to offer the best customer service. Keep up the great work.PS. I apologize, I think I may have inadvertently littered. I set my coffee on my handlebars while loading the pizza and realized that I didn't have it 5 minutes into the drive. I don't remember throwing it in the trash can. If it is in the parking lot, it was not intentional.

If I could give zero stars I would. The new manager Ronnie was very disrespectful and unprofessional I was a new employee and had to quit due to a personal issue I was having. It has been two months and he refuses to pay me for the hours I worked. I guess the manager doesn't care about labor laws! From my experience in the store it is very unsanitary. I reported this issue to corporate and hope he is fired I have never had an issue like this with any company I have worked for!
