I enjoy going to Zales to get my jewelry and buying my diamonds from them :) they are are always so amazing with giving their advice and I love going into Zales to say hi to all of them and Amber and Leilani are the most amazing if not the top most sweetest ladies you will ever come across in the Zales company :) Leilani is top notch at cleaning my jewelry just the way I like it and Amber is top notch at helping my brain decide on what diamonds to buy :) I can definitely trust these ladies and if someone comes into Zales they will get a fabulous experience just like I have and still am having every time I go to Zales in Valencia :)

I would like to acknowledge two of the best Diamond and jewelry experts I have ever encountered at Zales Velencia Town Center. Amber and Leilani were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you so much for everything. I can’t wait to see the look on my future wife’s face when I propose to her with the ring they helped me select:)

Leilani the store manager was so helpful came looking for my wedding ring and my fiancé wedding band and she made the process so helpful and answered all our questions. We will definitely be coming back more often!

I had the most wonderful experience here. The service was amazing. Stacy is friendly, down to earth, professional, and joyful. My discomfort and worries easily washed away as she expertly described every process in the custom sizing of my Bracelet. I recommend this location whole heartedly.

Amber went above and beyond helping us look at the engagement/wedding rings. She made us feel welcomed and was a great help. We ended up looking at other places after going to Zales but ended up going back primarily because of how kind Amber was and finally settled on Zales. Sadly, Amber wasn’t there when we got back and the other person (Raj) wasn’t as kind/caring as Amber was.
The one thing I wish I’d done differently was not financing with the Zale’s credit card like I did. The process wasn’t easy and I still haven’t been able to set up my account and it’s been over a month.

I didn’t know much about jewelry, so I had a lot of questions. Amber was polite & friendly, so I felt comfortable asking all my questions. She explained the various designs, and the manufacturing processes. She encouraged me to try on each chain that interested me, and she assisted me with those tiny difficult clasps. She helped me decide the appropriate length, whether I wanted to stack, or wear a pendant. She advised me of the current discounts and financing options. The total shopping experience was pleasant, and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Amber.

Had the best experience shopping for a last min gift. I was greeted right away by Leilani and she was quick to help me find exactly what I was looking for. My fiancé and I are notorious for waiting until the last minute to do things. So, naturally, we went to get my wedding band 10 days before the wedding. I had no expectation that they’d be able to size it before the wedding, so I was just going to deal with it for the ceremony and have it sent out to be sized after the wedding. We told Leilani (I’m almost positive that was her name - we asked, but I’m horrible with names) the date of the wedding and she worked her magic and managed to find a way to get it sized and back to us before the wedding day! I am ridiculously grateful! She was also super sweet and knowledgeable! :)Side note - we also happened to be picking up my engagement ring that I’d already sent out to be cleaned and they did a phenomenal job!!! I forgot it was EVER this shiny hahaPhotos are before and after cleaning :)
