Wow, talk about improvement was there yesterday new management is wonderful. Had my car 45 minutes. looking amazing even the next morning Would really recommend it if you're looking for a hand wash car wash.

Horrible customer service Website did not have the hours posted Every time we would go to the Valencia Xclusive Auto Spa & Valet they said they were closed. Hours for this operation are not for the hard working average person.

Absolute worst place for car washing and valet. The deal seems "worth it" it's not. I came during the week at 4:25pm and they said they were closed already when hours say 5pm. Came on a weekend and they've had my car over 2 hours. The owner obviously does not hire enough people at this car wash and valet.

On work trip and happened across a mall and noticed the sign for this car wash/valet. My baby had serious water spots and needed detailing badly. They got me right in and I am so impressed with the results and quick turn around. Thank you Xclusive!Services: Clay bar treatment

Avoid this place at all costs. Not one panel on my truck was completely clean, my windshield is now covered in water spots that are going to need professional removal...I could go on and on but, to sum up, when my daughter said 'I thought you were getting your truck washed today dad' well, I think that says everything.

Xclusive Auto spa is by far the best car wash & valet in Los Angeles no doubt. I drive from North Hollywood just so I can get a wash here because I love it so much. I ended up buying a monthly membership since I like to keep my car clean. And Sean hooked me up with a great deal. Sean is always on top of everything and makes sure my experience is great.Services: Vacuuming
