Dropped my photos off for processing 2 weeks ago which online it says it should take a few days, called and checked in 2 weeks later and a man said the majority were done but they were waiting on a few. We came in just to see the photos and we were told there was no man in the store and the photos were not there. Extremely frustrating and the ladies were laughing at us. We also had to confirm we called the correct store. I would go to CVS for photo processing won't be returning here again.

Last week, I booked for a rabies vaccine for travel to be taken today (7 days in advance) and now when I called Walgreens they saying vaccine not available?? What kind of a crap is this. Horrible pharmacy service

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT drop off your disposable cameras here! I dropped off some cameras that had photos from my bachelorette and wedding here, which I was so excited about, because having these was one of my musts. When I dropped them off I asked the girl at the department how I would know when they were ready, she told me they would contact me and that it takes about a month since they send them to a third party. A month passes and I had not received any notice of my photos being ready. So I called the store and spoke to someone who doesn't share her name she said she's a manager and come to find out she's a store lead. She proceeds to tell me since I never paid for them or picked them up they THREW THEM AWAY! How I'm supposed to pick up something I was never made aware was ready. She took down my info and advised me someone would call me back. Surprise! No one ever did. I called again and got a manager and she advised me they have been trying to get a hold of the photo place they use and they would call me back when they had more information, to see if they could have them reprinted for me. The third party photo place contacted me yesterday, and I gave her all the information from my ticket and she told me since it was past a certain time they were not able to reprint them. She also told me that they sent the photos back to Walgreens within 2 weeks of them getting them not a month. I called back to Walgreens and got the store lead, which again proceeded to tell me they don't contact me and I said so how do I know and she said we email you, like ummm that's contacting. But never received an email, she then goes "check your junk." I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! She tried blaming the company, but that company did their job, Walgreens is the company that failed me! I trusted them with these photos and they failed me! She again took down my information and advised me someone would call me back AND SURPRISE no one ever did, so now again I have to take time out of my day to call them again. If I could give this whole experience negative 50 stars I would! This is insane and so unprofessional! I'm very upset over this whole thing, and the fact I will never see these photos ever makes me even more upset.

I come here for my family's medication . It is always busy and always just ONE pharmacy technician working . Could they hire two and make things easier sure ,that would give them five stars . It would also help with the stress these poor associates probably go through on a daily basis due to lack of staff. Even though some days I do see one person stressed out it is not his fault because he has to juggle so much . The pharmacists are also VERY nice and take the time to call you for check ups on the new medication or to let you know how long medication will take . Great workers , just need more to help them out . You can tell they are calling because they actually are concerned not just because of protocols. Thank you to all staff for working hard.

I want to express my great gratitude to guy Calvin for his help with the passport photo. Very nice, kind, cute and responsive guy. And many thanks to the cashier, but I forgot his name. As of right now, I have to give one star. According to their website, they have the new updated covid shot available XBB1.5 , so I made an appointment for the shot , just to make sure, I called Walgreens to verify that they did have the shot and was told that they do not, and it was prematurely announced that they did and to check back with them.

Whatever you do Do not purchase visa gift cards from this location. I purchased a $200 gift card and from the outside packaging looked fine. I opened the card to present to my father on Father's Day only to find it was missing numbers and the security code was scratched off the card. I returned to the store the same day and was told there is nothing they can do. But the store manager was aware this had occurred in past. And here we are over a month later and I am still fighting with Visa for my return.

I must say this Walgreens pharmacy stands above the others. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. We drive quite a few extra miles to get our prescriptions here. Kudos!

I was way too hard on the store and pharmacist and I apologize. They have always treated me very well in the past. I felt that I was personally being singled out and jumped the gun with my bad review. Ignorantly I jumped on the pharmacist and Walgreens and talked to the pharmacist personally (who was very nice as usual) after my rant.I am extremely sorry to all the staff at my store Please accept my apologies. On a seperat we note, Robert at the front check-out was very helpful and another great example for all employees.

Not sure why their average rating is so low. I've had nothing but pleasant interactions here with everyone in the pharmacy. They are helpful and informative and go beyond to help secure the prescription and coverage with it is within their power. The cashiers are helpful and courteous. They have a wide ranging selection of products and sometimes offer good deals on them.

Customer service sucks, husband and I came to get our passport pictures taken and the cashier just gave us attitude when we asked who can help us with our passport pictures. We waited a few, another employee came and told us their camera takes pictures very blurry and it's very old so they told us to go to another Walgreens. Like stop with the mediocre excuse and do your job. If you don't like your job then go do something else and stop giving customers a headache. What a complete waste of time.

WalgreensAnother great early morning trip into this Walgreens location! I had the pleasure of meeting Leola...Inventory specialist! She was super friendly! Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable as to what it was that I needed! Customer service the way it was meant to be! The store looked fantastic! Excellent prices and the shelves were stocked! Upon checking out I was taken care of by Denise the cashier who is always professional... works very well with the team and happy! Always happy when she greets ya! I just adore her! She treats you like family! Everyone loves her! Please recognize these great employees as they are the reason we keep coming back!

This review is for their photo services. I needed passport photos done for my children. We walked in, no appointment needed, and had our passport photos printed about 15 minutes later. The lady helping us was friendly and patient with the kids. She took several photos to make sure we got what we needed. If you need passport photos taken, I definitely recommend coming here.
