I've waited a 1-2 hours before opening at the chance of getting pokemon cards for my fiance and I. 90% of the time its sold out or has little left. I know enough about them to know it means that employees or nightcrew is buying them out. I dont know if its allowed but one employee told me another buys them for her son to resell. That's absolutely ridiculous poor business practice and unethical. I have half a mind to call the corporate or the vending/pokemon company about this.
There's no way the managers dont know. If I get pictures one of these times I'll add it.

Absolutely horrible expirence with there floral department. Gave baloons a week prior to get them helium filled. They call me a day before an event and tell me they have run out of helium that I need to come pick up my baloons. The inconvenience when you have a an event to plan and a thousand other things going on. Never will I use them again.

Vons is the best store in town . They have honest crew . I left my phone in the cart and went back to my car realizing that i dont have my phone. I went back to the store reassuring myself that they have it.. alas they have it.. thank you so much Vons

I love the cash customer service from the cashiers, each visit. However, two things that I don't like from this location...their habanero chicken sucks (barely any sauce on it and no heat at all. I might as well ordered plain baked chicken) AND their male manager, on Sunday at 5pm, who lacks adequate customer service. Very disappointed in Von's and I usually like this store, especially not having self-service machines and very nice cashier employees.

Deli department is horrible, went on lunch to get chicken and lady took 20 mins to make 1 and a half sandwhiches so I couldn’t get my food before I had to return to work. Wasted my whole lunch because they had only 1 employee i deli which isn’t that big of a deal except the 1 employee they had on deli was slow and rolling her eyes.

A big shoutout to Serge. I was there yesterday and looking for a particular item. Couldn't find it and asked Serge. He said that they discontinued it but recommended a new product that they just got in. He went in the back and came out with it. Can't wait to try it. Thank YOU Serge for the help!

I rarely do yelp reviews, but I had to take the time to give a shout out to the most wonderful customer service representative/cashier I've ever met, named Todd. He is the most polite, caring and attentive service worker I've ever met, which makes my trips to this neighborhood Vons, the best experience. Thank you for being such a great person, and smiling always, and being so polite and caring to those who shop at your location! Yay Todd!

Whenever I come to this place, I always feel welcomed and they always have what I need. Staff are nice and whenever I need help, it's easy to find someone that can help out. Their restrooms are clean which I appreciate. This is my go to store, so I'll definitely be coming back.

My daughter and I went to get some cokes that were on sale. Now I have to tell you that I love Vons Market and I love their checkers! They are always on top of things except tonight. I walked up to a check stand and after the customer he had left I went to unload my cart. There were items on the belt so I said to him that those items weren't mine. He then started ringing them up. Some guy left them there to go back and get more stuff. Now protocol says to take the customer that's there and ring the sale out. But he told me to go next door after I had unloaded my cart. So I had to load everything back into the cart and go to a really nice checker . Then I notice he rings out the sale after I leave and rings up a 20 something girl. My checker asked me how I was doing and I said irritated because of how that male checker had treated me. I felt discriminated against by him. So I asked him his name and he boasted he was a store manager biding his time to retire. He made fun of me and said his name was Ollie The female checker was wonderful as usual. The store was very clean and well stocked. I gave Ollie several bottles of expired Miracle Whip. I told him the whole shelf were expired and I saw him do nothing about it. I hope since it's Miracle whip someone does not get sick and possibly die from buying it. Three young guys in the store talked to me and made me feel better. They walked out of the store with me talking to me about it. They were really cool. I do still love Vons but this so called manager in my opinion is a disgrace to Vons because the company is nothing like him. He needs retraining.
