This Vons is very nice! I have a Vons in my neighborhood but it looks nothing like this one. Maybe it's all the trees that are in the parking lot.
I also like the Starbucks that's inside. It also looks a lot cleaner.

I’ve been coming here 30+ years. The guy who worked self checkout on 5/28 at 655pm needs customer service training. Don’t take the receipt, then lie about it when I say I need it back and then give me attitude because of it. I wish I’d gotten his name.

I think Vons is a really good, all-around, supermarket. And I love their return policy. I had purchased cat food that I needed to return and I didn't have my receipt. Although it does track your purchase history in the app, the clerk said not to worry and proceeded with the return to my card. Everybody there has always been friendly and it appears they all enjoy working there, too.

I find the Vons for U and the Clip On-Copoun baiting programs are inconvenient and frustrating .

I found everything I needed. The cashier was very nice and the customer service was great. The young lady bagging helped me to my car and took back the motorized cart.

8:30am and ZERO cashier lanes open. Only a very long line for self checkout. Several staff walking around and a few charting amongst one another. Please bring back good customer service with I attentive staff.

This location is fantastic, easy to find on Lyons. Large parking lot with restaurants around it! They have an incredible bakery selection, the produce is usually well stocked, good specialty items, friendly service, and good prices! You can screen shot different coupons around the store or enter your club number for $ off The store is clean, large, well lit and easy to navigate. If you ever need anything all of the staff is happy to show you where your item is! They go out of their way to give you an excellent shopping experience. I come back to Vons because their deli is just better than the rest. Good premade food selection, and they have a Starbucks located inside this store as well.

I've purchased burger meat and ground meat here 2x already and when I went home to cook it the foul stench of foul spoiled meat reeked my home. I will never purchase meat here again! Dinner ruined 2x!

Clean well organized store. Friendly staff. A bit small which provides inventory limitations but I enjoyed shopping here.

Not the first time happen, I ordered 8 pieces of fried chicken, supposed to be 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 breast and 2 thighs. When I got home I found 1 wing 1 leg 2 breast and the rest is thighs. What a rip off. Terrible.

Zero stars should be given,I’m writing this just after my experience at the Vons in newhall. While I was shopping with a few thing’s ALREADY brought in my cart and I went back to buy a few things I forgot to buy when I first came in. As I went to check out the second time I was approached my a ‘manager’(about 5,9 male with brown hair, brown eyes, white, beard) he accused me and my sister of stealing and when we gave him the receipt with the time and date he still refused on believing us, so he left to go on a check something, while we waited for him to come back, some other employees when making comments and judging us the same employees that watched us make our first purchase. As the manager came back he finally realized that we did pay for BOTH times and didn’t even apologize. This isn’t the first time we come to this location and given stares, I’ve felt racially abused and harassed at this point. He should be fired. No one should ever feel this when doing their regular shopping, especially a kid.(My sister did another review on her own point of view)
