I recently discovered this store whilst meticulously searching for parts for a classic Mercedes coupe. Not only did I find them, their proximity to my business was a major plus which cut shipping time to 0 days! Yesterday I drove over for another part and upon notice, they waited for me beyond hours to arrive and pick up my item. That is the definition of an exceptional business! Very knowledge and friendly on top of that.

I have bought a few things from these folks in the past and have been very happy with the quality of the parts. Restoration of old, classic cars does not come cheap and, although the items here are not "junkyard" prices, they seem to be a decent value. I have to give a shout out to Nelson for his diligent and friendly help in trying to locate a pulley. He found one, measured it, sent me photos and shipped it promptly. Unfortunately it did not fit my car but he made alternative suggestions as soon as I contacted him and cheerfully accepted my return. Great guy--very professional and above-and-beyond helpful. I have been trying to find a conversion kit for my Model A without much progress until I called a technician ( Jimmy) at Vintge Parts, finally reaching a person that was extremely knowledeable and willing to take the time with someone that was obviosly getting into something over his head. He not only explained the steps I would have to take to make the nessessary modifications, he sent me a diagram that was worth a thousand words showing me exactly what modifications were needed and then volunteered to put together a list of the items and their costs. They will be my "go to " guys from now on and I will notify my local Model A club of a local resource that is extremely knowledeable and very helpfull. A rare find!

Okay, here's the scoop: My 1965 230SL's clock quit working recently and I figured it was time to have it replaced. I went online with Vintage Euro last Saturday morning, found the clock I needed, placed the order and paid with PayPal. That afternoon I decided to remove the old clock and wait for my new purchase to arrive. I was wiggling the clock from the dash when all of a sudden it started working again! It was a loose connection and a quick tighten and I was back in business. On Saturday morning I contacted Vintage Euro at 8:30AM and spoke with Nelson and explained the need to cancel my order ~ And BOOM! Nelson handled the whole thing on the spot ~ with a smile! He sent me an immediate email confirmation of the cancelled order and within an hour sent another email advising my payment had been refunded to PayPal and the funds would be immediately available. Wow. What a great experience with Nelson and Vintage Euro Parts. I'm giving the whole team at Vintage Euro 5 Stars!
