Useless people work here. I have been with Verizon, previously AirTouch since 1991 and these guys are totally useless unless they are selling you something. No tech support, they don't even know about their products. Horrid

Horrible customer service. Make an appointment or else you will wait forever to get assistance. If any employee says you can return any phone or equipment to the store DON'T believe them. They will not take anything back, even if the previous employee said you could. They wasted my time telling me I can bring in my phone trade in, and my internet box only for them to turn around and say they can't take it, that I need to ship it myself. They wasted my time with their return games. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and this was the worst Verizon store I've ever been to.

I am very disappointed and this is the first time I am dealing with this type of situation only with Verizon and specifically this store.
The store manager who does not work here and taking a leave of absence , upgraded my iPhone and took the difference never reflected that in my account!!!! Now I am bound for 3 years to pay for the phone that I already paid! And the store manger is no where to be found !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure how many accounts he has screwed that he is taking time off.

Super frustrated with this store I went in to add a new line to my account and asked for an iPhone 15 pro and of course they didn’t have any in stock and when I was told it would be delivered I specifically asked for there to be no signature required due to the possibility of missing the ups package. The lady confirmed with me that they will leave at the door and request that no signature will be required. Of course this is the second time I’ve had this happen to me now and it’s been a week no phone and ups has confirmed it’s being sent back to the sender and I have to waste another week of trying to get a phone. The service isn’t nearly as above tier as others this experience is forcing me to consider other carriers and taking my business account elsewhere. Stay away from this store you’re better off ordering online or over the phone at least they would have proof of your request.

With the major outage due to the tower in Santa Clarita your new home, Valencia, being damaged, Blad and Elisa were super calm and helpful. There was a large group of people outside, waiting for the store to open and they were just all up in arms. Elisa let everybody know that there wasn't anything they can do walked them through what to do to try to make their phones work with Wi-Fi. but my phone needed to have the eSIM card reactivated because the customer service on the phone deactivated it and couldn't do it remotely. Blad was super got my phone working so I was able to get access. My father is in the hospital and I was a wreck, but he helped me through it calmly, and now it works and I can be in touch with him. These two are truly amazing and great employees. Please make sure their manager Bo is aware of how wonderful they were and are.

I had high hopes when switching from AT&T to Verizon after a business rep promised me a great deal. However, my experience at this location left me feeling betrayed and scammed. The rep assured me I would save a lot of money by switching even my personal wireless to a business account. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. Not only did I trade in my iPhone 13, but I also ended up paying an additional $400. It's been a disappointing and costly experience.
Then to add to the frustration, I discovered that the $400 I paid was never utilized in my account. I'm in disbelief about what has happened to that money. On top of this, I'm now stuck paying a monthly installment for my upgraded phone. Additionally, my wireless bill has increased by about $20 per month. They also enrolled me in a two-year contract, which seems impossible to break. There was a complete lack of transparency during the signup process, leaving me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

Incompetent employee. I have been Verizon customer for years. Recently decided to upgrade my daughter phone. Online pricing for the new iPhone was appropriate and decent. For the faster service I went to the store. The store sells person gave me print out with higher price. When asked how come you charging me higher price then online. Can you match online price. He said " oh we don't honor online pricing" that what you get at store. He was charging me $23.95 extra per month of 36 months. That is $862 extra. Wow. What a scam. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional, unethical, employee. Scammers, probably he scamming people for his own commission. I don't remember his name but I will check the paper he gave me to see if his name there. Anyway. Upgrade the phone online. It's come out to $2.33 per month for 36 months which is equal to $83.88..... lol he was going to change me $862 for 36 months. He think people or customers are stupid.... Store should Fired him, fired all scammers.

First off, I would like to thank David fir helping me get access to my account after being locked out. That was helpful. Now for the 1-star review. While David appeared friendly and helpful, he was actually scamming my wife and daughter her were in the store upgrading phones. This is how the scam works: First, they offer an exceptional credit like $800 off your new phone. But what they don't tell you is that to get the credit, YOU HAVE to upgrade from your $30 a month plan to a new $62 (plus aggregated taxes and fees) a month plan. Let's do the math ... $32x36 months = $1152. So of course, there is no $800 savings but a $352 profit. Way to take advantage of an 18-year-old David. Of course, my wife should have caught it but she was also being scammed by David in a similar fashion. She is now paying $12 more a month for her line for the privilege of a $9 credit. $12 more a month also adds additional taxes and surcharges so technically a few dollars more. This is a bait and switch scam. By a major corporation. Please do the math before falling for any of these deals. Explore the option of paying for your phone separately, buying it elsewhere or getting it online. Oh yeah, one last thing. David added all these additional addons my wife and daughter did not ask or request. I promptly removed them online. Also, don't buy an overpriced case in this store. Do some research and order one online for a much better price. It just adds on to this supposed credit. Needless to say, watch David closely if he is ever helping you.
