I want to personally Thank Daniel for waiting 2 1/2 Hrs. after his shop closed for my car to arrive. My Husband and 88 year old mother-in-law were headed to LA area for my mother-in-law's sisters funeral. My Mercedes blew a hose and leaked all the coolant out of the car. they were stuck at 3:00 pm on Friday and AAA did not arrive for 4 hrs mind you they were on the side of the freeway on the grapevine, it was not safe and it was hot the temp outside was 95 degrees. finely it was about 7:00 PM when the tow truck came. Even he was nervous in the location the car was in. so he only strapped the car with one strap so he could take it to a safer place to strap it down completely. The arrived at Valencia MBZ & VW shop and Daniel was waiting patently for them to arrive. The best news was Daniel was willing and able to fix the car right then my family only had to wait about 40 min and the car was fixed. Daniel was a life saver and his prices were very great. We loved the hard work and dedication he gives to all his customers. We have him a good tip for saving us and I am now sending him a gift basket. he was our angel in disguise. Thank you Daniel for everything you do and for going out of your way to help. If anyone needs a great Mechanic and shop for your Mercedes and or VW I recommend Valencia MBZ & VW in Santa Clarita and Daniel 100% Satisfied. Thank you again. Guardian Angel.

Cannot thank the team here enough. Our tire blew out on the highway and no one (aaa, the tire shop near us, the various helpers who stopped by) could help us, because the "key" to our lugs was missing. Daniel sent one of his team members (and his awesome dog, Leo!) over to our site to lend us the key, help us get the spare on, and get to the tire shop. It's one thing to be a great shop for their loyal customers, but to be a great shop for complete strangers in their time of need really sets this company apart. One good turn deserves another and I just HAD to write a review to share our experience. Thank you!

Daniel is the most honorable mechanic you’ll ever find. We were on trip and broke down in Santa Clarita 300 miles from home. Daniel immediately diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road asap. That was on a VW Touareg TDI. These guys are heroes.

When our trusted Mercedes mechanic retired, we were on a mission to find a reliable replacement for our beloved Eddie. How cool is it that we can look no further than YELP to lead us to a tried and true solution! My husband took my S550 to Valencia MBZ & VW for a diagnostic test, and not only did Daniel diagnose the problem - he fixed it, at NO CHARGE!!! What???? My husband definitely agrees with other helpers who say Daniel is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and after my husbands experience there, I will add that Daniel is also VERY generous with his time and expertise!!!! We are so grateful and feel such relief knowing that when the time comes for regularly scheduled maintenance (which we keep up with religiously) we can relax and feel confident in our new service team. I needed front and rear shocks on my 2014 GL 550. The local Mercedes dealer quoted me $8900 but I was able to get it done by Daniel for almost half the price. The car drives like it's brand new. Thank you!

Daniel is an excellent Mercedes mechanic. He is honest and fair. He has a true passion for cars. People often have uncertainty & dread when taking their car to the mechanic, but that's not the case here. It's a positive experience.
