We had an amazing experience at Valencia Lighting & Fans! From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were warmly greeted by Manny and his wonderful staff. We came in looking for two fans, and to our surprise, they have an impressive showroom filled with a variety of lighting and fan options. Manny and his team were incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk us through the different fan types and features, making sure we understood all our options. Thanks to their guidance, we chose two beautiful Wynd fans in 72" and 52", which look fantastic in our home. Thank you, Manny and team, for the exceptional service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone in search of quality lighting and fans!

We are building a custom home , came here to get some of the lighting . The show room is amazing and staff was amazing,we were helped by Cody, but the owner made sure to come ask if we needed anything as well . Will definitely be getting our lighting from here from now on .

This is the only place I shop for lamps/fans/etc. Manny remembers me every time I come in. I bought a fan four years ago from him and it stopped working. I called him and one of his employees guided me through a quick fix and the fan is working perfectly. I love this small business, they are exactly the kind of owners and workers you want to do w purchase from, such a contrast to the service and products of big box stores

Highly recommend this store for your lighting and fan needs. We needed to replace 4 fans and Manny patiently and expertly walked us through the options unique to our home. He also had excellent recommendations for electricians to complete the install. When one fan arrived with a problem, he was also quick to reorder a new one - no hassle or fuss. We could not be more pleased with Valencia Lighting & Fans and will shop there again!

Manny and his team were so welcoming and helped us find the perfect fan for our master bedroom. They offered great personalized service experience all the way through. His expertise was palpable and he didn’t pressure us through the process. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone who’s looking beyond the common Home Depot/Lowe’s inventory.

Fantastic customer service. This is hands down the place you should shop for any lighting or fans. so much better than going to Home Depot or Lowe's. These guys truly are best. (This is our 3rd home they have done. Including our indoor outdoor lighting and fans). They've helped me pick out lighting for above the kitchen island, fans for the kitchen den, living room and office. We purchased a chandelier for our dining room. It truly is the perfect finishing touch to our room. Please check them out.

I have a smart WAC ceiling fan that I'm very happy with. Unfortunately, I broke the frosted glass dome that covers the LED. I contacted WAC for a replacement part and they put me in touch with a few of their local vendors, one of whom referred me to Manny at Valencia Lighting. I called and gave Manny the part number of the glass part... I literally couldn't believe what happened next! He asked me if I bought the fan from him. I told him I found it on Amazon, and he replied, "then I'm not gonna sell you the part! Good luck! See if you can find the part in Amazon!! Next time, support local businesses." I responded that I started my search for a smart fan at local brick-and-mortar because I wanted it right away. COVID shutdowns made my in-person search harder and when I couldn't find a smart fan locally, I found one on Amazon. He said, "tough!" Still hoping I could soften him up, I said, "solving a problem like this is a great opportunity to earn my business and restore my sense of value in local brick-and-mortar." He said, "I'm not selling you anything!" and hung up... FORTUNATELY, I called back WAC and when they heard about the horrible support experience, they apologized on behalf of their vendor and sent me the part as a warranty item. GREAT customer service from WAC; wack customer service from Manny at Valencia.

We purchased a very nice fan for our back yard patio for the upcoming summer months. We had it professionally installed. It wobbled a little bit on high speed. I told Manny about it, and he said the fan shouldn't do that. He talked with Jesse, and Jesse came out to our house and fixed it (a loose set screw). It works great, and we love our fan! These guys are so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so customer oriented!
