Called ahead to make sure they could take my car. Had me wait a week, but then was able to drop it off the day they told me. They diagnosed and fixed the issues in less time and for less $$ than I anticipated. What more can you ask for! Great service and communication throughout the process, very glad I found this place!

I had an appointment to bring my car in for an AC repair. I was told to drop off at 8am. I got there early, around 7:50am. Waited for about 15 minutes, thinking someone would open a door by 8. There were no employees in sight and all doors and bays were locked. By 8:15, I started calling thinking maybe I was at the wrong door. By 8:30am I had to leave to go back to work. By 8:40, I finally got through to someone and told them that nobody was there for my drop off. The person who took my call, hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manger. I was told there was no manager, owner or any other employees there yet. All the cars in the parking lot look like they've been sitting for weeks. Not sure how anyone can run a business this way. Definitely will not bring my car here.

Can't say enough good things about this shop. Honest, reliable people. Delivered my car on time and we're very fair with the price they charge. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I like this place but they charged me 80 bucks to not work on my MB. Dealer fixed it quick! Valencia European needs to get better software. lol ?????

My Volvo Xc90 AC was not working , I have called couple of places and they all sounded same with wrong quotes and projected something big is faulty (Evaporator Replacement with 3500 - 4k quotes). I found this on google with good reviews decided to give a call , spoke to John with out implanting any doubts in my brain straight away he asked me to bring the car as he suspected issue could be just freon.First and foremost , John has a great respect towards his customers . The diagnosis was honest they were able to fix my AC issue in couple of hours ( freon refill) for a very reasonable fair price. Thank you again John and team for the wonderful service and help .Service: Air conditioning

Cannot give this shop enough kudos for being an honest and helpful shop! Without going into too much detail, my car tire was slashed and my wheel damaged and I felt that I was wronged because I didn't realize my car tires had been replaced with regular tires at their shop rather than the usual run flats. Communicated with both Gary, the manager, and John, both sincere and reasonable men. Gary followed through on his word and covered my $500 insurance deductible. This is after my car had been at his shop for almost 3 weeks and they had agreed to cover my deductible around the same time that my car arrived at their shop. I wanted to cry when got to the shop and they told me that my car was ready and I was good to go without any payment transactions. Thank you so much VEM!! You'll see me again for my next repair!
