Do not go here the machines scratch ur car and rims.. i have scratches on my rims right on the side that the track is on when it goes through the drive thru wash.. i always check my car after they wash it and i took it back spoke with a manager n he refused to take responsibility said if the other cars r not scratch then it cnt be their machine and that those r rock scratches.. when clearly the scratches are all on one side same area proving it was their machine i did not feel like arguing with the manager since he was being such a douche bag giving me bs excuses i paid $400 for a full detail n ended up with them scratching my paint and scraping off the rims they tried to buff out the scratches at least evn tho they refused to take responsibility bt the scratches are deep and did mot come out at all.. stay away this place is not honest

I used to come here all the time until I had to move. I did start to notice the quality going downhill a bit before I left the valley but this tops it. Upon approaching the vehicle noticed bird poop everywhere still and on top of that the inside was barely wiped down and bug residue still scattered all over the front bumper. I will not be returning for the sake of extremely horrible quality washing and not to mention the ridiculously raised prices for what you get now. Too bad they’re in the same boat as everyone else now trying to take your money and not give you even a “decent” amount of quality work. Do not go here! Trust me.

Had my Maurader engine bay,undercarriage, and interior shampooed , and had the headlight covvers polished. They did an excellent job and worked a better price than I expected. I highly recommend them!

I’ve taken my cars here for years, but in the last year I have been unhappy with the results on a number of occasions. It’s partly my fault for not checking the car before leaving, but I’ve never had to be concerned with it in the past. Regardless, I suggest keeping an eye on the person wiping down the outside to make sure they clean all surfaces. Why? Because more than once I later discovered they have not been cleaning the whole car. I found left over bird droppings and more cleanable spots that the person never even bothered with. Anyway, since there are plenty of other car washes in town, in the future I’ll choose a new location.

Just stepped out of Valencia Car wash and let me start by saying there is no service like this in town. All staff are friendly and most importantly professional. Their products are top quality, which makes a world of a difference. Their prices are affordable and worth every penny. I highly recommend Valencia Car wash.

Even though they were shorthanded today the cashier was hustling and did a nice job and he came across as being very nice and thoughtful. I just did the drive-thru and it's decent and everybody did a good job there.

I recently took my Tesla model 3 here, to get a car wash and I thought my car got damaged with a dent. Benjamin was extremely professional, empathetic and helpful. He went inside to check the cameras and even allowed me to see the cameras to confirm it didn't happen there. I went home with the intention of checking the Tesla's cameras. Before I did that, I tried wiping it off with my finger. To my surprise, the mark came off! All along, it was just dirt, but I want to leave this review right here because Benjamin went above and beyond to provide great service and to listen to my demands. Thank you, Benjamin. I will take all my cars to Valencia Car Wash whenever I can.
